PostsHowever, before the Season 2 update, you were locked into your Class Mastery once you chose it, meaning you'd have to make another character if you wanted to try a different Class Mastery. Luckily, this has changed with Season 2, and you can now change your Class Mastery whenever you want, for a small price. Here's how to do it.
How To Change Your Class Mastery
To change your Class Mastery, head to the respec NPC in the End of Time, Chronomancer Lerinne. This is the same NPC where you can respec your Mastery Class passive points, just to the south of the waypoint.
Talk to this NPC and choose Respecialize Mastery, which will bring up a menu with the other two Masteries available to your class. To choose a different one, you'll need to spend a sum of goldthat scales with your level and how many passive points you've put into your Mastery.
Changing your Mastery will also reset all of your passive points, including those put into your base Class.
Once you've paid the price, you'll switch over to the new Class Mastery, all your passives will be reset, and you can freely reallocate your points to the new Mastery of your choosing. Your gear will all stay equipped, but you may want to swap in new pieces if your Masteries call for it, like if you're switching from a Bladedancer to a Marksman.
