How To Unlock The Hometown Breeze Sketches
To unlock all the Hometown Breeze sketches, you'll need to collect enough Dews of Inspiration to reach levels 9 through 16 with Kilo the Cadenceborn. Each level will unlock a new sketch for the outfit, and once you have them all, you can begin crafting.
At level 16, you'll also get a sketch to make a matching cloak for Momo!
