How To Craft The Fiery Glow Outfit
After reaching the Fireworks Isles, you need to progress through Chapter 1 of the Exclusive Quest "The Wonderful Journey." The events will lead you to the Fireworks Training: Step One quest. You will need to craft the Fiery Glow Outfit to blow up some Fireworks — theBalloon of Darkness is vulnerable to them, according to Scintillada.

How To Use The Fireworks Ability Outfit
After equipping the outfit, you can shoot up fireworks by reloading them in launching spots. These launching spots are scattered all acrossthe Fireworks Isles.
In the launching menu, you can set up thelaunching order for the Fireworks you have in your hand. You can also set the Firework Delay settings according to your preference if you want to launch them after a few seconds. Another thing you can play with is the number of Loop Rounds to repeat the sequence of the fireworks.
To get fireworks, you need to craft them at a crafting table in the town, you can get sketches for fireworks at Vita's shop or as rewards for completing quests.
