Someone Turned The Horse Wagon Speed Up To Super Sonic In Red Dead Redemption 2

There are few games that are as detail oriented as Red Dead Redemption 2. Every action and interaction is carefully crafted, rather than using snap mechanics like most other games do. Some players love it, others find it tedious, but there's no denying that it takes a lot of time, especially considering how big the game is anyway.

Why aren't more games standing on the shoulders of RDR2's success?
PostsTravelling from one town to another takes a good while, even with the fast-travel. Stopping to pick up resources, or to interact with the open-world just adds to that time. Perhaps that's why one player decided to speed up the game's horses and wagons. However, he didn't merely double or triple the speed, they made them go super sonic.
Red Dead Rocket
A modder known as Blurbs decided to tweak the speed of all the wagons in Red Dead Redemption 2 and make them gallop at inconceivable speeds. You may think that this makes playing RDR2 more convenient as you can travel around quickly, but you couldn't be more wrong. These super sonic wagons have created pandemonium all over the map.
While wagons will get from one place to another without any external force, the world of Red Dead Redemption 2 is a highly populated one. As seen in the video, this has resulted in carriages flying into Arthur Morgan before he can even realise what happens. A peaceful stroll in the countryside could result in you turning into a stain on the road before you know it.
Things are even worse in populated towns like St. Dennis, where a large concentration of pedestrians and wagons have resulted in what looks like a war zone. A quick look at Blurbs' video shows just how quickly these rocket-propelled wagons will sneak up on you and splatter you before you know it. "It's now a horror game," he said, referring to the jumpscares that these wagons cause.
That's not all though. These intense speeds sometimes cause the game physics to absolutely shatter, resulting in some wagons gaining the ability to fly. Considering Red Dead Redemption 2 is set in 1899, the Wright brothers were still three years away from inventing the airplane.
Arthur Morgan actor Roger Clark thinks some of the endings of Red Dead Redemption 2 don't make sense, but he'd truly be stumped if he saw super sonic flying wagons in 1899.
