A second big event is definitely a boon for free-to-play players, because Castorice is one of the featured characters in this version update, alongside reruns of Acheron and Fugue. If you're looking to jump into the event and collect all the rewards as quickly as possible, here's a guide that will cover all the necessary details for you.

Seal Slammers Event Eligibility, Date, And Time

The Seal Slammer event started on April 11, 2025, and will conclude on May 19, 2025. You will have to complete the Witch's Mirrored Reversal Trailblaze Mission to unlock this event normally, and it's highly recommended you do so.

However, if you want to speed run to the event before completing the story, you can do it with Finality's Vision once you reach Trailblaze Level 21. The only issue with this is that you will be spoiled by characters, dialogue, and references from the Trailblaze Mission itself, which damages the experience of the story.

Seal Slammers Event Guide

The basic idea for the Seal Slammers event is that you will have to battle other NPCs or players while using baby Seals. Each of these Seals has special powers, and you can collect them to strengthen your team.

The entire event is divided into two parts, which include a Story Mode and an Arena Mode. The Story Mode has a Group Stage and an Elimination Stage, and a Championship stage, which you have to complete to receive all the rewards. The Arena Mode is basically the multiplayer part of the event, which allows you to compete against other players.

How To Fight Your Opponent

Before a fight starts, you will be asked to select three Seals from your collection. Select the Seals based on what you have or depending on your strategy. Once the Seals are selected, both you and your opponent will be placed in a pool to face off against each other.

You will have to drag your Seal behind and then launch it at an enemy Seal and hit them. This will damage the enemy Seal, and your turn will end. Your opponent will now do the exact same thing, and this back-and-forth will continue for a while.

Every Seal has an ATK and HP value, which you can find written under the Seal itself. Once the HP goes to zero, the Seal will die. The damage you deal will be based on your ATK and the buffs you pick up during the fight.

Once a Seal dies, whoever gets the killing blow gets a point. Once you have killed four enemy Seals, you will become the winner and receive the rewards. There will also be moments when the pool will have objects in it that you can use to your advantage.

You can bounce your Seal off walls and hit multiple enemies to damage all of them. If you damage an enemy Seal, and it bounces into another one of the enemy's Seals, then they both will take damage. However, once you damage an enemy Seal, if it bounces into your Seal, then you won't take any damage.

How To Buy More Seals

Before you start fighting, you must buy more Seals to increase your options and develop better strategies. Once you open the main lobby of the event, you will find an option called Store. Click on that option, and you will be able to purchase a Seal of your choice.

However, to purchase them, you will need a currency called Seal Token, which you will get by completing the fights within the event itself. As long as you keep playing, you will have all the Seals.

Buffing Your Seals

One last thing to mention about the event is that you can buff your Seals during a fight. These buffs are random and could include anything, such as healing up the Seal's health, increasing ATK, increasing launch SPD, and much more.

You get to pick these buffs at the end of each round, and it's important you select them carefully. They don't matter much if you're playing the story version, but against other players, they will make the difference between winning or losing a battle.

Seal Slammers Event Rewards

Seal Slammers, being a flagship event, features a wide variety of rewards to claim. Here is a list of all the rewards you receive from this event:

  • Stellar Jades x 1,320
  • Traveler's Guide
  • Refined Aether
  • Lost Crystal
  • Seedling of Manas
  • Self-Modelling Resin
  • Credits

Apart from the rewards that you can claim from the event screen, don't forget to take a look at the Prize Exchange Tab as well. After winning a battle, you receive an item called Melody of Celebration, which you can exchange for Stellar Jades and other rewards at the Prize Exchange tab.

How To Get Bubbles Pet Cosmetic

Bubbles is one of the Seals who will accompany you throughout the event, and you can get it as a pet as well. All you have to do is complete all the activities within the event, and Bubbles will then join you as your pet.

This is similar to the Tuskpir Pet that you obtained from Xianzhou Loufu's Wardance Festival event.
