After the launch of the Version 1.1 update, the History and Culture Museum was opened in the Administrative District of Belobog. Being the hero of the planet, you're given the honor of managing this museum in Honkai: Star Rail. You must make it famous and get tons of visitors again.

You'll also be solving a mystery of some thefts from the museum alongside Pela. As you progress in the event, you can recover plenty of lost exhibits and get some guest helpers to aid you with the management. These helpers will be some of the playable characters from Jarilo-VI.
How To Unlock History And Culture Museum
If you're new to Honkai: Star Rail, it won't be an easy task to start the Everwinter City Museum Ledger Of Curiosities event. You'll first have to beat the final boss in Herta Space Station and finish the first Simulated Universe beta test to get on the Astral Express and land on a planet called Jarilo-VI.
Once you're here, go through the main story and solve the Stellaron Crisis on this planet. You'll get stopped by the level cap two times, which will make this progress slower. The final quest you have to finish is called Silent Galaxy, and this is where you'll say the final goodbyes to Jarilo-VI and head back to the Express.
You'll already be way above Trailblaze Level 21 by the time you finish this quest, which is the second requirement for the event.
You can teleport back to the Administrative District and start the Opportunity Makes The Thief quest to unlock the museum and start managing. You'll have to finish the first part of the quest before you can start recovering exhibits and getting guest companions.
How To Manage The Museum
At the end of the first part of the quest, Pela will ask you to talk to Eris, who will give you a small tutorial about how management works. On the main screen, after you get into the managing menu, you'll see the following four options on the right:
RevitaScore
This area shows you the current management stage and you'll also see the RevitaScore you have and how much more is needed to get to the next stage. When you finish a day of management, you gain RevitaScore based on the level and tier of each area.
Museum Management
This screen takes you to the main management area where you can spend the event currency to get levels in different areas and increase the gained RevitaScore.
Ledger Of Curiosities
This area will contain all the exhibits you can get in each area along with all the possible guest assistants. All these items will have a grayed-out picture until you acquire them.
Staff Recruitment
This part can be used to buy new staff members and assign them to different areas of the museum. Based on the member's stats, you can gain some buffs to the area, which will make it easier to upgrade them. More on this below.
When you select a certain area in the museum management screen, you'll see the level of the Exhibition area along with Tour Guidance, Educational Materials, and Visitor Promotion. During the tutorial, the game deceives you by making you think that you have to upgrade the Exhibition area first.
On the contrary, it's recommended to upgrade the other three levels until your progress on them is high enough. On the left side, you can see a white bar on the progress meters. When you clock on the Exhibition Area tile, you can see how far up this bar will go if you upgrade it. The goal is to have all three sections progressed enough so that the white bar still stays in the colored part.
If one or more of your white bars is in the gray area, you'll lose a rating, which will result in less RevitaScore.
The rating goes down to A, B, and C for one, two, and three white bars in the gray area respectively.
You can also recruit three staff members for each area. These members include playable guest assistants and NPCs. For each staff member, you'll be able to see their Tour Duration, Educational Value, and Visitor Appeal. Putting the right members in a certain area can reduce your load on upgrading the levels, which can be significant during the late game.
The staff members that unlock in the later days of management usually have a high number on any two ratings and very low on the third. To get maximum value, you can combine the staff members with the following rating: one with high Tour Guidance and Educational Value, one with high Educational Value and Visitor Appeal, and one with high Tour Duration and Visitor Appeal.
Of course, you can stack up any two ratings and upgrade the third one yourself, but this usually costs extra.
There are five stages of museum management: Poorly Managed, Dramatic Improvement, Flourishing Growth, Bustling Activity, and Prosperous Glory. A new quest will unlock after each stage and you'll have to finish this quest to continue managing.
How To Get All The Exhibits
While you're managing the museum, random events will pop up on the bottom left of the screen. These will usually ask you to finish an area on an S rating or level the area up and finish a day. These events unlock side quests to get exhibits to your museum. You can also get some exhibit quests pop up randomly. Here's how you can get them all:
