Honkai: Star Rail - Best Builds And Light Cones For Dr. Ratio
Here's how you can build your free five-star Imaginary unit, Dr. Ratio, in Honkai: Star Rail.
PostsDr. Ratio
This Relic set benefits what Dr. Ratio already needs. His follow-up attacks have a 20 percent chance of being triggered per debuff on the enemy. Follow-up attacks can mean the difference between victory and loss in a battle, so while you’re setting up these debuffs for Dr. Ratio, it will also greatly increase his overall damage output.
Additionally, when he uses his Skill, his own Crit Rate is increased by up to 11 percent. This Crit Rate will increased based off how many debuffs the target enemy has. This means that Dr. Ratio has the potential to be turned into a Crit Damage machine.
Many of his attacks already deal more than 100 percent of his total Attack stat, so having a very high Crit Rate and Damage can make him hit even harder.
Seele
Seele is here because of what her Bonus Abilities give her: up to 25 percent Crit Damage. In order to trigger all of this Crit Damage, sheneeds a high Crit Rate, which is where Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters comes in.
This Relic set will increase her Crit Rate, making it more likely that she will score Critical Hits. Her Crit Damage will also be increased in addition to the massive amount she gets normally.
Welt
This Relic Set offers a good combo with Welt's abilities. As a Nihility character, he inflicts debuffs onto enemies, but many of his attacks offer stat increases on top of what this Relic set gives him, turning him into a versatile character.
His Ultimate Imprisons enemies and deals 90 percent of his attack damage. This means that he can set up Pioneer Diver of Dead Water’s Crit bonuses all on his own.
If he scores a Critical Hit on top of Imprisonment, he can deal a very high amount of damage.
When you need to conserve skill points for your other characters, the Crit buffs gives Welt a decent chance to deal more damage than normal, having him rely less on other characters to deal the damage.
RelatedHonkai: Star Rail - Best Builds And Light Cones For Sampo
Sampo is arguably one of the coolest characters in Honkai: Star Rail, and here's how you can build him.
PostsSampo
Sampo’s ability to inflict Wind Shear on enemies is what makes him a great choice for this set. His Talent has a 65 percent chance to inflict Wind Shear onto enemies. With Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters, his overall damage potential is increased, which is good if you want to build Sampo to be more offensive.
His Ultimate also increases the target’s resistance to Damage Over Time for the next two turns, which makes his ability to cause Wind Shear even better.
His basic attacks tend to be quite a bit weaker when compared to Hunt and Destruction characters. While his Bonus Abilities do give him more Attack, all his attacks still do around 60 percent or less of his total Attack stat. Crit Damage could be your way through this, but it is a little bit of a gamble because you’ll be relying on something that triggers inconsistently.
Sampo is great at inflicting Wind Shear, though, so he can still be a decent support or sub-DPS. He will be especially valuable when fighting enemies with a Wind weakness.
Guinaifen
Guinaifen’s abilities rely on her inflicting the Burn debuff on enemies, so her Relic set might as well complement that. Thankfully, that's exactly what Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters does.
Her Skill deals damage and Burns the target, causing Damage Over Time. After her opponents have been Burned, use her Talent, which will cause her enemies to receive 40 percent more damage.
Furthermore, if she uses her Ultimate on a Burned target, she will deal 72 percent of her Ultimate’s initial damage.
The damage bonus is useful for her because her Burn Damage Over Time deals 83 percent of her Attack stat. Her Damage Over Time is one of her greatest strengths, so she’ll benefit a lot from Pioneer Diver of Dead Waters’ buffs.
She already needs Burn to be inflicted upon her opponents, so the Crit Rate and Damage bonuses are incredibly useful for dealing even more bonus damage.
Dan Heng
Dan Heng naturally has a high Attack stat, so giving him additional Crit Rate and Damage gives him the potential to deal massive damage.
If his skill scores a Critical Hit, he will reduce the target’s Speed by 12 percent. It’s a relatively small bonus, but when you’re in a tough fight, you’ll need all the help you can get.
Before throwing this Dan Heng into battle, consider using his Technique first. This ability increases his Attack by 40 percent for the first three turns. This will help him out while he waits for his allies to set up their debuffs. If you set them up before three turns end, he will deal an incredible amount of damage when he scores a Crit.
