When you think about the strength of Genshin Impact characters in chronological order, Archons will always be at the top since they're the highest power in the form of playable characters. Thankfully, Hoyoverse has never missed the mark while releasing these characters in the game since they're all strong.

Here are the best weapons for Charlotte in Genshin Impact.
PostsFurina a.k.a. Focalors was the fifth Archon to grace the world of Teyvat in Fontaine, and she's a phenomenal Hydro DPS with an ability to be used as a reaction trigger as well. However, you'll need different artifacts and weapons based on how you want to build her.
Main DPS Furina Build
- Weapons - Splendor of Tranquil Waters , Festering Desire , Wolf-Fang , Fleuve Cendre Ferryman
- Artifact Set - Golden Troupe
If you've pulled for Furina, you'd most likely want to use her as the main DPS of your team since she's the Archon after all. Thankfully, this can easily be done and is also her main play style. When you use her Skill, she spawns three water buddies that constantly attack the nearby enemies, but they have something special about them.
Unlike other turret-type damage in the game, these creatures can follow the enemies around the area, which means that you won't have to keep placing them if the enemy goes out of their radius. Moreover, they deal damage based on Furina's HP and also consume all allies' HP to deal even higher damage.
You can also switch the water spirits by using Furina's Charged Attack. One group deals damage to enemies while the other singular spirit heals your allies.
If you want to use this build, you'd mostly be using the water spirits that take away your team's HP, which makes it important to run her along with a healer. Sangonomiya Kokomi and Jean are the best contenders for this since the former can give her Hydro Resonance while the latter increases her Hydro DMG with the Viridescent Venerer set.
Golden Troupe is the best-in-slot artifact set for this build since it can give her up to 70 percent Elemental Skill DMG as long as she's not on the field, which is going to be the case most of the time. As for the weapons, here are the reasons you'd want to use one of the aforementioned:
Splendor of Tranquil Waters
This is Furina's signature weapon, and can only be acquired on the Weapon Banner when she's featured. Apart from giving her a phenomenal 88.2 percent Crit DMG, this weapon also gives her increased Elemental Skill DMG and Max HP.
Festering Desire
If you played during the limited-time event to get this weapon, you can use it instead of her signature weapon. It gives her 32 percent Elemental Skill DMG and 12 percent Elemental Skill Crit Rate.
The Energy Recharge from the secondary stat also helps her get the Elemental Burst faster.
Wolf-Fang
After acquiring this weapon from the battle pass five times, you can get up to 32 percent Elemental Skill and Burst DMG along with 16 percent Crit Rate for both just from the passive. It gives even more Crit Rate on the secondary stat.
Fleuve Cendre Ferryman
Finally, this is the F2P fishing weapon for this build if you don't have any of the ones mentioned above. It increases your Energy Recharge massively while also giving you some Elemental Skill Crit Rate.
However, the lack of DMG boost makes it the worst choice out of all the mentioned weapons.
Reaction Trigger Furina Build
- Weapons - Freedom-Sworn , Xiphos' Moonlight
- Artifact Sets - Tenacity of the Millelith, Flower of Paradise Lost
Furina's ability to drop her Elemental Skill on the battlefield and leave also makes her a great character for building a reaction-based team. Hydro is one of the best elements for reactions in Genshin Impact since you can trigger Vaporize, Freeze, Bloom, Hyperbloom, Burgeon, and Electro-Charged with it.
All that can be done with Furina since she applies quite a lot of Hydro on enemies, especially if you're fighting a single-target boss. Her Elemental Burst also increases the damage of all the party members (except Bloom reaction damage) as they gain or lose HP, which is a perfect fit here.
Keep in mind that you'd still want to have a good Crit Ratio on Furina on this build since her damage is important.
Freedom-Sworn and Xiphos' Moonlight are both great for this build since they give her Elemental Mastery, which increases the reaction effectiveness. Moreover, they can also buff Furina and her entire team, which stacks with her Elemental Burst.
Tenacity of the Millelith is generally the best artifact set here since it can increase your party's ATK while also giving her some HP to increase Furina's own DMG. However, you can think about using the Flowers of Paradise Lost set only if you're planning to use Bloom-related reactions. Keep in mind that Furina's Ultimate does not buff Bloom damage.
Artifact Stat Priority For Furina
No matter which build you use, the Artifact Stat Priority roughly remains the same on Furina. However, you'd want to have a bit of Elemental Mastery if you're planning to trigger reactions with her. Here's what you should mainly look for:
Artifact Type
Main Stat Priority
Sub-Stat Priority
Flower
HP
Crit Rate/DMG > Energy Recharge > HP Percent
Feather
ATK
Crit Rate/DMG > Energy Recharge > HP Percent
Sands
HP Percent
Crit Rate/DMG > Energy Recharge
Goblet
HP Percent / Hydro DMG Bonus
Crit Rate/DMG > Energy Recharge > HP Percent (if not on main stat)
Circlet
Crit DMG/Rate
Crit Rate/DMG > Energy Recharge > HP Percent
You'd want to have at least 40,000 HP on Furina if you want to make use of her Passive fully, which is quite hard without it being a main stat on the Goblet.
Furina Talent Priority
Furina has three active talents, and all of them can be upgraded up to level ten. However, that's not needed if you're trying to be efficient with your resources. Her Elemental Skill deals the most damage and is the biggest part of her kit no matter what play style you go for, which makes it the best talent to upgrade first.
This can be followed by her Ultimate to get an extra DMG boost from the Fanfare. It's recommended to take the Ultimate as high as you can as well. Thankfully, you don't need to upgrade Furina's Basic Attack since she doesn't use them, and you can save a lot of resources from that.
Is It Worth Getting Furina?
When you think about pulling a character in a gacha game like Genshin Impact as an F2P or low-spending player, the first question that comes to your mind is if the character is good. Thankfully, the answer to that question is a plain and simple yes in Furina's case since she's great for every account out there.
You can use her as a main DPS, reaction support, or even as a healer if you want. Moreover, she can indefinitely sprint on the water as long as you keep using her Skill. All of this makes her worth pulling as long as you have the means to do so.
If you're planning to spend some extra on her banner, it's worth going for her weapon first and then up to the second constellation.
