Chevreuse is a four-star polearm-wielding character who uses a Pyro vision. Just like Nilou, Chevreuse can enhance a specific Elemental Reaction if your team meets the specific requirement. When given the right weapon, she becomes a valuable support that opens up brand-new teams.

When your team only has Pyro and Electro characters, triggering Overloaded allows you to decrease both Pyro and Electro RES from the enemy.

Chevreuse can increase your team’s ATK by up to 40 percent when she has 40 thousand HP. If that’s not enough, she also functions as a healer.

8 The Catch

  • Rarity: Four-Star
  • Base Attack: 510
  • Secondary Stat: Energy Recharge (45.9 percent)

Although Chevreuse is primarily a healer and damage buffer, she can still be a viable damage dealer if built correctly, especially with The Catch. This is a free-to-play weapon that you can obtain as a reward from the Inazuma Fishing Association. It's considered one of the best weapons among four-star polearms due to the immense value and comfort it offers.

Building Chevreuse as a damage dealer will significantly decrease her buffing capability as she most likely won't be able to get high enough HP with offensive stats.

However, the increase to her personal damage will compensate for her lower ATK buff, and her ability to shred both Pyro and Electro RES will still remain as long as you follow the team restriction.

Its passive provides up to 12 percent CRIT Rate to your Elemental Burst. Additionally, it increases your Elemental Burst Damage by up to 36 percent, and with its Energy Recharge secondary stat, you'll be able to use your Burst more often. Furthermore, this weapon is great for balancing your CRIT Ratio, allowing you to focus on other important stats like HP or ATK.

7 Dragon's Bane

  • Rarity: Four-Star
  • Base Attack: 454
  • Secondary Stat: Elemental Mastery (221)

Since Chevreuse's kit revolves around the Overloaded reaction, Dragon's Bane can be an exceptional option for her if you want to focus on increasing your Overloaded damage. It provides high EM as a secondary stat which buffs the damage of Elemental Reactions, including Overloaded.

Rather than building ATK, you can choose to build Chevreuse with EM stats to complement this weapon. The higher her EM, the more damage Overloaded will deal.

6 Deathmatch

  • Rarity: Four-Star
  • Base Attack: 454
  • Secondary Stat: CRIT Rate (36.8 percent)

Deathmatch can be obtained through completing the second tier of the Battle Pass, Gnostic Hymn, which allows you to choose one of ten four-star weapons. This is another viable damage option for Chevreuse and is worth choosing if you happen to buy the Battle Pass due to its flexibility.

It provides different buffs depending on the number of nearby enemies. If there are at least two enemies, your ATK and DEF will be increased by 16 percent. If you're only up against one enemy such as bosses, your ATK will be increased by 24 percent instead. It also offers the highly coveted CRIT Rate secondary stat which makes building her much easier.

5 Kitain Cross Spear

  • Rarity: Four-Star
  • Base Attack: 565
  • Secondary Stat: Elemental Mastery (110)

Kitain Cross Spear is a free-to-play weapon that you can forge after obtaining the blueprints in Inazuma. Like Dragon's Bane, its secondary stat provides EM, which increases the damage of Overloaded.

Its passive increases Elemental Skill damage, which won’t be useful in most cases as Chevreuse as the bulk of Chevreuse's damage will come from her Overloaded reactions. When hitting an enemy with an Elemental Skill, this weapon provides flat Energy, which allows you to get her Burst back faster without needing to use Energy Recharge artifacts.

4 Staff Of Homa

  • Rarity: Five-Star
  • Base Attack: 608
  • Secondary Stat: CRIT DMG (66.2 percent)

Staff of Homa provides a hefty increase in HP that Chevreuse appreciates. Its passive effect provides extra ATK based on your HP, and even more when your current HP is at 50 percent or lower.

Since this weapon provides such a huge boost in damage, it would be wiser to give Chevreuse a more support-oriented weapon so that you can give Staff of Homa to an actual damage dealer. That's not to say Chevreuse can't be the damage dealer herself. With Staff of Homa’s passive and CRIT DMG stat, Chevreuse can function as both a support with the HP it provides, as well as a DPS with her HP being converted into ATK.

3 Rightful Reward

  • Rarity: Four-Star
  • Base Attack: 565
  • Secondary Stat: HP (27.6 percent)

Rightful Reward is one of the few polearms that provide HP percent as a secondary stat, which Chevreuse wants. Its passive restores a flat amount of Energy after the user is healed and can take effect even when Chevreuse is not on the field.

Despite the passive requiring the wielder to be healed, you only need to receive healing in order to trigger its passive, not have your HP increased. This means you're able to activate it even if you have full HP.

With its HP secondary stat and Energy restoration, this weapon provides Chevreuse with much needed stats that allow her to perform greatly as a support. This is another free-to-play option and you can forge it after obtaining the blueprints in Fontaine.

2 Black Tassel

  • Rarity: Three-Star
  • Base Attack: 354
  • Secondary Stat: HP (46.0 percent)

That’s right, a three-star weapon is just as useful on Chevreuse as four and five-star weapons. Both Chevreuse’s healing and ATK buff depend on her HP, and Black Tassel’s massive HP percent second stat allows her to effortlessly reach the 40 thousand HP threshold needed to maximize her passive.

The refinements don’t matter as its passive is irrelevant to Chevreuse’s abilities, so you’ll only need one copy of it. Obtaining it is also very easy as you’ll always get a three-star weapon on any banner no matter how many times you wish. It’s an easy-to-access weapon that provides a huge boost to Chevreuse’s performance.

1 Favonius Lance

  • Rarity: Four-Star
  • Base Attack: 565
  • Secondary Stat: Energy Recharge (30.6 percent)

As with all support characters, Favonius is the best weapon to use on Chevreuse. It provides a useful Energy Recharge stat, allowing her to get her Burst back faster, as well as enabling her to provide more Energy for the team due to its passive.

Favonius Lance generates additional Energy Orbs if the user lands a CRIT hit on an enemy. This not only gives Energy for herself, but for your entire team as well, giving more Bursts for all your characters. Because of its passive’s requirement, it’s important to have CRIT Rate substats in your artifacts to reliably trigger the effect.
