Sister Rosaria is a nun belonging to the Church of Favonius in Mondstadt. While this dutiful maid may forget the name of the deity she's supposed to worship, she never neglects her duties of being one of Genshin Impact's strongest off-field Cryo supports.

Genshin Impact: 12 Best Weapons For Tartaglia (Childe)

Here are the most powerful weapons you can pick for Tartaglia in Genshin Impact.

With her dashing Elemental Skill giving you lots of Energy and an Elemental Burst that applies tons of Cryo and deals massive over-time damage, there are many things that go into what Rosaria's best weapon should be. From more supportive options to ones that increase her personal damage, here are the best weapons for Rosaria in Genshin Impact.

Apart from these, any weapon that gives Energy Recharge is good on Rosaria. If you have enough ER, any weapon that grants CRIT Rate becomes the next best thing due to Rosaria's A4 passive, which gives a percentage of your CRIT Rate to party members when you Burst.

7 Dragon's Bane

Attack

454

Elemental Mastery

221

Ability (Base)

Increase damage against enemies afflicted with Pyro or Hydro.

Dragon's Bane is a staple of the Weapon Banner, appearing in nearly every patch reset. Its high Elemental Mastery substat makes it a decent weapon, best for teams that need EM, such as Hyperbloom, Aggravate, Spread, or Melt compositions.

It also has a passive that increases the damage the equipping character deals to enemies afflicted with either Hydro or Pyro. Fortunately, Rosaria deals enough damage to benefit greatly from this bonus in her Reverse Melt teams, making it one of Rosaria's best four-star weapons.

6 Primordial Jade Winged-Spear

Attack

674

CRIT Rate

22.1

Ability (Base)

Increase ATK whenever you deal damage, up to seven times. If you have all seven stacks, further increase damage.

Primordial Jade Winged-Spear is Xiao's signature polearm, functioning as one of Genshin's best general-use DPS weapons due to its ability to grant tons of ATK while already having a decent CRIT Rate substat. This CRIT helps with Rosaria's supportive passive, letting her give more CRIT Rate to allies, and the passive ATK gain helps Rosaria deal more damage.

The Primordial Jade Winged-Spear's passive cannot be triggered unless the equipping character deals damage while they're on the field.

The PJWS's passive works by giving you bonus ATK on each hit. Furthermore, it increases your total damage when you have max stacks. Unfortunately, since Rosaria is an off-field unit with slow attacks, she can't usually activate all of them. Even if you stay long enough on her to do so, the DMG gained will be lower than simply switching out to your carry and starting your rotation early.

5 The Catch

Attack

510

Energy Recharge

45.9 percent

Ability (Base)

Increase Elemental Burst damage and CRIT Rate.

Apart from the thrilling combat and engaging storylines, Genshin Impact also has some fun pastimes to indulge in. One of the oldest and most rewarding ones is Genshin's fishing feature, letting you (and friends) relax as you throw down fishhooks into Teyvat's vast seas.

Upon doing so and catching certain fish, you can go to Fontaine's fishing harbor and fetch yourself one of Genshin's best weapons, The Catch. This polearm is amazing for any character who has their DPS locked behind their Elemental Burst, something that applies to Rosaria. It increases her Burst's damage and CRIT Rate both, making her field of frost even scarier than it already is.

4 Favonius Lance

Attack

554

Energy Recharge

30.6 percent

Ability (Base)

CRIT hits have a chance to spawn Energy Particles for your allies.

Elemental Bursts are the strongest skills at any character's disposal, requiring tons of Energy before they can activate it. The only real way you can usually affect this is through building Energy Recharge, which increases how quickly you build up Energy.

However, you don't always have to do that. The Favonius series of weapons, including the Favonius Lance, provides a way for supports to help their carry's energy needs. They do this by producing Energy on scoring a CRIT Hit. While this weapon can't compare with the same damage as many others, the Energy Recharge stat it provides helps Rosaria Burst more often herself while also helping the team's hypercarry, such as Gaming, to have lesser Energy Recharge needs.

3 Staff Of Homa

Attack

608

CRIT DMG

66.2 percent

Ability (Base)

Increase ATK based on your total HP. This ATK gain is increased when you're below 50 percent HP.

Staff of Homa is Hu Tao's signature weapon. Belonging to one of Genshin Impact's best hypercarries, the spear ends up being one of Genshin Impact's best general-use DPS polearms as well. It might not have synergy with many characters, but the big CRIT DMG substat and ATK-increasing passive can help just about anyone.

Like many other characters, Rosaria cannot make use of the passive properly, rarely ever being below 50 percent HP as an off-fielder and never building HP. Still, much for the same reasons as anyone else, the weapon is one of Rosaria's best options for increasing her damage, provided you have enough Energy Recharge.

2 Staff Of Scarlet Sands

Attack

542

CRIT Rate

44.1 percent

Ability (Base)

Gain increased ATK based on your Elemental Mastery. When you hit enemies with your Elemental Skill, this increase is buffed.

Staff of the Scarlet Sands is Cyno's signature weapon, being a strong five-star polearm that offers a hefty CRIT Rate stat on top of a passive that massively buffs your damage when you build Elemental Mastery. This makes it Rosaria's highest damage weapon in Melt teams specifically.

The reason behind its synergy comes twofold. First, the Elemental Mastery bonus of the passive makes Rosaria's Melt damage increase quadratically, since each point of EM buffs both the base Melt damage, as well as Staff of The Scarlet Sands's passive. Secondly, the weapon's CRIT Rate substat, on top of already providing tons of stat that is otherwise hard to get, helps activate Rosaria's A4 Passive even better, making her buff her teammates more. So long as you can meet her Energy Recharge needs, the Staff Of Scarlet Sands will be Rosaria's best weapon in Melt teams.

1 Engulfing Lightning

Attack

608

Energy Recharge

55.1 percent

Ability (Base)

Gain increased ATK based on your Energy Recharge

The Raiden Shogun's signature polearm is all about Energy Recharge, a stat benefiting any character reliant on their Elemental Burst, especially those that function off-field. This is because off-field characters can't usually pick up the same amount of Elemental Particles as your on-fielders, making it so you need more Energy Recharge on them.

Rosaria checks all these marks, having an extremely strong Elemental Burst both in terms of damage and utility. Usually, if you're building too much Energy Recharge on Rosaria, that means losing out on damage. Engulfing Lightning fixes this issue in its entirety, granting her more ATK the more Energy Recharge she builds.
