If you've been playing Genshin Impact for a while, you likely already have enough Varunada Lazurite crystal for Sigewinne. If not, you can get it by doing various World and Weekly bosses and certain limited-time events. Romaritime Flowers can also be found all over Fontaine, but a lot of them are in the ocean.
Similarly, you can find the mob drops for Sigewinne by defeating various sea creatures found both inside and outside the waters of Fontaine. Moreover, you'll have to farm the Hydro Tulpa boss to the left of the Court of Fontaine to get her boss drops.
