Where To Find The Anvil Launcher

If you're looking for a random spawn, you'll need to head to points of interest and Landmarks, where there is a much higher chance of chests spawning. Since it doesn't spawn as floor loot, it's much harder to find than other items.

You can also purchase an Anvil Rocket Launcher from Mecha Team Shadow, who can be found wandering around the train station north of Pleasant Piazza. They sell the Anvil Rocket Launcher for 250 Gold Bars, so make sure that you have enough before you go to purchase.

How To Use The Anvil Rocket Launcher

The Anvil Rocket Launcher is better than other launchers in Fortnite in terms of distance and effectiveness against vehicles. While aiming with the weapon, simply press the 'Fire' button to place a point on the ground on which the rocket will land. This can be done whether you're aiming down the sights or hip-firing.

When looking through the viewfinder, vehicles will change color and have a pulse go through them. Aim at the vehicle with the Anvil Rocket Launcher to lock on to it and then fire a rocket to have it follow. The Anvil Rocket Launcher only locks onto vehicles.

While you won't be able to target it, buildings can be quickly demolished with a strategic missile.

It's not all positive though, as it's not a great weapon at close range, since the rocket will go high into the sky before coming back down every time. Ammo for the Anvil Rocket Launcher isn't common, so try to make each shot count.
