Since it will constantly be on your tail, knowing the hiding spots is essential; otherwise, you'll constantly feel its eerie footsteps behind you. Each hiding spot comes with its own mini-game, and failure in these mini-games will allow Yellow Rabbit to detect your presence. In this guide, we've compiled all the hiding spots in the game.

How To Find Every Hiding Spot In Oswald's Home

The hiding spots in Oswald's house are quite abundant. Since there are no locked rooms inside this home throughout the game, you shouldn't face any difficulties. Additionally, since Yellow Rabbit is the only animatronic in the house, once you learn the locations of these hiding spots, avoiding him will be very easy. Here are all their locations:

Oswald's Room

Under Oswald's bed

When you hide under the bed in Oswald's room, toys will start rolling out from under the bed. To stop them, you'll need to press the buttons that appear on the toys.

Master Bedroom

Under the parents' bed

When you are hiding, you'll see the Yellow Rabbit's feet. He might suddenly look under the hiding spot. If this happens, quickly press the corresponding button to use the flashlight. The Yellow Rabbit will be stunned for a short time, giving you a chance to escape. If you fail to press the button, he will attack you, and you will lose the game.

Dining Room

Under the table with the red cloth

Attic

Leftmost chest

When you hide inside this chest, you'll need to swat four spiders. To do this, quickly press the correct buttons when the spiders appear. On higher difficulty levels, the spiders descend faster.

Basement

Rightmost chest

Hallway 1

Cabinet to the right of the drawer

When you hide inside this cabinet, you need to avoid Yellow Rabbit's line of sight. Whichever direction he approaches from, lean against the opposite side of the cabinet. He will check the cabinet a second time, and you'll need to press against the opposite side again to stay hidden.

Hallway 2

Cabinet to the right of the drawer

Hiding Spot Availability By Difficulty Level In Oswald's House

On the Nightmare difficulty, many of the hiding spots in Oswald's house removed. You will only have access to hiding under Oswald's bed and under the table in the Dining Room. This will make things significantly harder, so you need to play with extreme caution, or your run may come to an end.

How To Find Every Hiding Spot In Freddy Fazbear's Pizza

Freddy Fazbear's Pizza is larger compared to Oswald's house. In addition to its size, many rooms are locked in the early stages of the game, so you need to be cautious. In later nights, you'll encounter more animatronics, requiring even more vigilance.

Some rooms, like the Arcade Room, lack hiding spots and escaping from them is not possible, which can lead to your demise. Here are all their locations:

Description

Dining Area

Four tables with white cloths

In these long rooms, there are a lot of tables that you can hide under. When you take cover beneath one, you’ll notice the Yellow Rabbit's feet. He may unexpectedly peek under the table. If he does, quickly use the flashlight by pressing the correct button. This will momentarily stun the Yellow Rabbit, allowing you to make your escape. Failing to do so will result in him attacking you, causing you to lose the game.

Party Hallway

Two tables with purple cloths

Kitchen

The kitchen drawer on the right side of the room

You can access the kitchen on the second night. In the far right corner of the room, you can hide inside the kitchen drawer. When the monster is looking at you, hold your breath by pressing the designated button. Once it leaves, you can release your breath. If your breath runs out, the monster will return, and you’ll need to hold your breath again.

Storage

Inside the Golden Freddy suit

The only difference from the kitchen drawer is that you must hold your breath right before Yellow Rabbit looks directly at you. When it's watching you, never release your breath all at once, or it will notice you.

Entrance

Vent shaft to the right of the vending machine

You'll require a screwdriver to open the vent shafts. When you're inside, you'll need to swat four spiders. Be quick to hit the correct buttons as the spiders emerge. At higher difficulty levels, the spiders will descend more rapidly.

Storage

The vent shaft located to the right of the TVs in the room

Party Hallway

The vent shaft on the far left side of the room

You'll need a screwdriver to open it, and you can access this vent shaft starting from the second night.

Basement

Right of the Freddy costume

You can hide inside this vent starting from the third night. On previous nights, the vent is blocked by some boxes. The vent shaft is located to the right of the Freddy costume. Since the room is dark, you can use a flashlight to see it.

Basement

Inside the chest located to the right

After obtaining the Basement Key from Jeff on the first night, you can access this area. You can hide inside the chest located to the right of the Freddy costume. Since the room is dark, you might want to use your flashlight.

Hiding Spot Availability By Difficulty Level In Freddy Fazbear's Pizza

In higher difficulty levels, not many hiding spots disappear in Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. The reduction in the number of tables in the Dining Area can be somewhat frustrating, but there are still other tables available in this long room.

However, in rooms like the Basement and Party Hallway, hiding spots are no longer available from the Terrifying level onward, making them deadly locations.
