Five Nights At Freddy's: Into The Pit - Night Two Walkthrough

On the second night in Five Nights At Freddy's: Into The Pit, things take a darker turn. When Yellow Rabbit suddenly possesses Oswald’s dad, Oswald must find a way to save him. To do so, he needs to use both day and night effectively.

But is Yellow Rabbit the only animatronic at Freddy Fazbear's Pizza? To find out, you’ll have to venture back into that terrifying place.
How To Complete Day Two
The second day begins with Oswald waking up from nightmares about Yellow Rabbit and Dad. He will start the morning in his room.
In his room, you’ll see Oswald’s cat Jinx on his bed. Petting Jinx will earn you the ‘Don't Jinx Yourself’ achievement. Additionally, if you enter and exit the room with Jinx ten times, you’ll unlock the ‘Jinx's Favorite’ achievement.
CloseYour first objective today is to complete the ‘Get Breakfast’ task. However, before doing so, you can find several batteries around the house today:
- Hallway Two: Interact with the drawer on the right side under the yellow lamp.
- Attic: Interact with the suitcases to the left of the window.
- Master Bedroom: Interact with the dresser to the left of the bed.
After collecting these three batteries, head to the Kitchen. After speaking with Mom, your task will update to ‘Get Breakfast.’ You’ll also find a sticky note with Jeff’s Pizza’s phone number on the cabinet in the kitchen. There are two more batteries in the house, so you won’t run out of power:
- Kitchen: Interact with the shelf next to the door leading to the basement on the right side of the kitchen.
- Basement: Interact with the red toolbox on the left shelf.
Now that you’ve collected all the batteries in the house, go to the Dining Room, where you’ll find Yellow Rabbit sitting at the dining table. Return to the Kitchen and grab the lunch bag from the counter. You can now leave the house and head to school.
Oswald will find himself on the Playground at school. First, examine the firecracker on the ground. Then, a teacher will tell you to go inside. Before leaving the Playground, check the green bag on the bench on the left side to find another battery. Leave the Playground, and class will be dismissed.
After leaving your classroom, go to the wooden door you see up ahead, leading to Classroom Two. In this room, between the teacher's desk and one of the front rows, you’ll find the Voucher Validator, one of the arcade machine parts you’re looking for.
Return to the Hallway, where you’ll find a boy leaning against the lockers. His name is Jet, and he’ll ask for something in exchange for the firecracker you need. Additionally, you’ll find another battery by interacting with the lockers.
Before leaving the school, you’ll speak with Gabrielle, who will give you a Sketchbook. Inside, you’ll find drawings of animatronics and some information about them. For now, there’s nothing left to do but go home. When you enter the house, head slightly to the right in the Living Room. Yellow Rabbit will enter, and thus, the second night will begin.
How To Complete Night Two
The first thing you need to do during the night is to escape the house. You cannot use the method you used on the previous night. The available methods are as follows:

Exit through the door on the left side of the Living Room.
Take the ladder from the Attic, move it to the Basement, and use the basement window to escape.
Use the rope you got from the Basement to escape through the window in the Attic.
Use the screwdriver you got on the previous night to escape through the window in Oswald’s room.
After escaping, go to Jeff’s Pizza. Head to the Ball Pit room and arrive at Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Oswald hears a sound and wants to investigate it. However, before leaving the Ball Pit room, the power will go out. You need to interact with the fuse box in the Backstage to restore the power.
Opening the fuse box will make a lot of noise and attract Yellow Rabbit’s aggro, so you’ll need to hide quickly.
Your task will update to ‘Find the Kid' when you restore the power. After evading Yellow Rabbit, go to the left side of the Dining Area and enter the Entrance.
If you interact with the Freddy standee here, it will make a noise, earning you the ‘Honk honk!’ achievement.
Use the screwdriver to open the vent shaft on the left side of the Entrance. This will take you to the Storage room. In front of the gift boxes on the left side of the Storage room, you’ll find a Dad Item called the Photo of Oswald. Use the door at the bottom of the Storage room to enter the Party Hallway.
How To Distract Chica
Open the ‘Employees Only’ door on the far right of this area. Oswald will see Chica behind the door, and she will start chasing him. As Oswald runs, he’ll drop his lunch bag, which Chica will strangely eat. Since the kitchen door you need to escape through is blocked by Chica, you’ll need to find a way to distract her.
Oswald decides to ask Jeff for a slice of pizza. Use the Ball Pit room to return to Jeff’s Pizza. In the Dining Area, you’ll see Jeff cleaning with a mop. He won’t give you a slice of pizza and will tell you to buy it instead. Your task will then update to ‘Find a way to cause a distraction.’ Your goal is to distract Jeff and sneak a slice of pizza from the kitchen.
If you haven’t already, go to the Mill and grab the Rat Trap. Return to Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. First, head back to the Entrance, then use the vent shaft to reach the Storage room. Use the door at the bottom to enter the Party Hallway. To the right, you’ll see a rat in the room. Set up the Rat Trap in front of the gift boxes on the far right side.
However, the rat won’t fall into the trap while you’re there, so leave the room and then return. At this point, the power may go out again, but quickly grab the trapped rat and hurry back to the Ball Pit room to return to Jeff’s Pizza. Head back to the Dining Area and move to the left. You’ll see a customer sitting at a table and talking on the phone.
Approach him and use the Trapped Rat. This will successfully distract Jeff. Now, you can enter the ‘Employees Only’ door in the Dining Area, leading to the kitchen. On the right side of the kitchen, in the drawer with the faucet, you’ll find a battery. Additionally, grab the slice of pizza on the kitchen counter, which you’ll need for the main task.
Now return to Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. Go back to the Party Hallway room where you caught the rat. Move to the left of the Party Hallway and place the pizza slice you took on top of the pizza box you find on the floor. This will lure Chica out of the kitchen, allowing you to rescue the trapped child.
Chica will now patrol the area like Yellow Rabbit. However, unlike Yellow Rabbit, she won’t chase you but will make a loud noise if she sees you, which will attract Yellow Rabbit’s aggro.
If you answer the ringing phone on the left side of the kitchen, you’ll earn the ‘Hello? Hello? Hello?’ achievement.
In the kitchen, you’ll see a drawer with a faucet on the right side. When you open it, you’ll find the child hiding inside. This child is none other than your friend Mike, whom you met on the first day. Mike will head to the Entrance, so follow him there.
After talking to Mike, Yellow Rabbit will suddenly burst through the back door and attack you. Quickly mash the quick time action button and then run to the Ball Pit room. After returning to Jeff’s Pizza, leave the Ball Pit room, and the second night will come to an end.
