As of Patch 6.51, Final Fantasy 14 has new dungeons for players to tackle, including the Aloalo Island Variant Dungeon, the Another Aloalo Island Criterion Dungeon, and the Another Aloalo Island (Savage) Criterion Dungeon. It's time to test yourself again and earn some new rewards to brag to your friends and Free Company.

How To Unlock Each Dungeon

The Aloalo Island Variant Dungeon

In Old Sharlayan, speak to Shallow Moor at (X:12.0, Y:13.3) to accept the 'Stranger from Paradise' quest.

You must have completed the main scenario quest 'A Satrap's Duty', and have spoken with Osmon at (X:11.9 Y:13.3) in Old Sharlayan to accept this quest.

Your character must be Level 90 with an item level of at least 605 to enter this duty via the party matching option. However, you can enter at a lower item level as a solo player/with your current party. Item level sync is 665.

The Another Aloalo Island Criterion Dungeon

Once you have completed the Aloalo Island Variant Dungeon at least once, you can speak to Osmon in Old Sharlayan at (X:11.9 Y:13.3) to unlock the Another Aloalo Island Criterion Dungeon.

Your character must be Level 90 with an item level of at least 640 to enter this duty via the party matching option. However, you can enter at a lower item level as a solo player/with your current party. Item level sync is 665.

The Another Aloalo Island (Savage) Criterion Dungeon

After completing Another Aloalo Island at least once, you can speak to Osmon in Old Sharlayan at (X:11.9 Y:13.3) to unlock the Another Aloalo Island (Savage) Criterion Dungeon.

Your character must be Level 90 to enter this duty via the party matching option. However, you can enter at a lower item level as a solo player/with your current party. Item level sync is 665.

How To Access Variant And Criterion Dungeons

Once you've gained access to any Variant or Criterion dungeon, you can access them via the V&C Dungeon Finder under the 'Duty' tab or by speaking with the NPC at the relevant dungeon entrance.
