The open-world online adventure that Fallout 76 brings is filled with mutants, stimpacks, weapons, and so much more for you to explore, discover, and kill. Among this sprawling world are the slightly less exciting berries and herbs you can collect as you make your way to and from missions and explore the world.

Some of the hardest berries to find in large quantities are the Firecracker Berries, which are needed for an early-level mission and can help craft several valuable items that will aid you in the post-apocalyptic world. Knowing where to consistently find these explosive berries will save you hours of meandering, allowing you to spend more time doing what you enjoy.

Where To Find Firecracker Berries

Easily one of the best areas to find a lot of Firecracker Berries is around Arktos Pharma. This can be found to the southeast of Vault 76 in the centre of the map. It is around the crashed aeroplane site, Horizon's Rest, and Greg's Mining Supply.

To the left side of Arktos Pharma, you will be able to find over thirty bushes scattered around the forest. If you go at night, you will be able to see them easily as they glow in the dark.

Make sure to equip the Green Thumb perk card to increase your maximum yield of Firecracker Berries.

If you are desperate to find more berries and the ones at Arktos Pharma haven't regrown yet (which will take about one in-game day), you can find some more berries by Ash Heap and Solomon's Pond.

As you go around collecting the Firecracker Berries, make sure you are doing it quickly as they will explode in a matter of seconds if you are close to them for too long. This explosion does damage you and will destroy the berries.

What You Can Use Firecracker Berries For

Firecracker Berries have a weight of 0.03. Consuming them will increase your food by five percent, with a disease chance of one.

Using a cooking station, you can use the berries to create Firecracker Berry Juice, which will increase your critical damage by ten percent.

Another consumable you can make with the berries is Berry Mentas, which will raise your intelligence and will highlight living targets for five minutes, with the small downside of increasing your thirst.

You can create Healing Salves and Disease Cures under the Savage Divide subsection, using these berries, which are both very valuable to have a good supply of.
