PostsHowever, simply playing the game won’t get you all the characters. Some can only be unlocked through codes, and obtaining these codes is a bit different than you might think. You can find out how these codes work and how to use them in our guide.
How To Get Funko Fusion Codes
In Funko Fusion, there are many characters you can unlock. You can unlock characters through various methods like completing main worlds & cameo worlds, or collecting silver crowns. Additionally, you can also obtain characters using codes. To get codes, you need to purchase a physical Funko figure.
However, not all Funko figures will come with a code. So, when buying figures, make sure to choose ones with a purple box and the 'Funko Fusion' label. You can purchase these from Funko’s official site or other online retailers. Inside the Funko box, along with the figure, you’ll find a code. Scratch the back of the card to reveal the code.
You can also buy codes from other players or trade with them, but be careful. There's always a risk of getting scammed with a used code, so it's your responsibility to ensure the transaction is safe.
How Funko Fusion Codes Work
When you redeem the codes you obtain, you’ll unlock new characters in Funko Fusion. These characters could be variants of characters you’ve already seen in the game or completely new characters that haven't appeared in the game yet.
It’s important to note that you won’t unlock the exact same character as the physical Funko figure you purchased. The box contains a code that will unlock a random character for you. Also, not all characters have an equal chance of being unlocked—some characters are rarer than others.
Remember that each code can only be used once. Also, these codes won’t provide any gameplay advantages or progression boosts in the game. Currently, there are five characters available through codes, with different rarities:
Character
Rate
Slime Pit He-Man
30%
Megan (Battle Damaged)
30%
Bob's Big Boy
15%
Eddy as Dilophosaurus
15%
Mecha Freddy
10%
How To Redeem Funko Fusion Codes
Once you’ve obtained your codes, the next step is to redeem them, which is quite simple. Head to the redeem section on the official Funko Fusion website. You’ll need to enter the 12-character code into the designated field. Remember that the characters in the codes are case-sensitive, so you must enter them in uppercase letters.
Keep in mind that pressing the 'Check Code' button will reveal the character without using up your code, but once you proceed to the next steps, your code will be consumed. If you receive a code for a character you already own, you may want to trade it with other players for a character you’re missing.
After deciding to redeem your code, select the platform you’re playing the game on, fill in your personal information, and you’ll receive a new code. The page where you obtain the code will also send it to your email address. So, if you accidentally close the page, you can still retrieve the code from your email.
Additionally, if your last name contains a hyphen, you may encounter issues redeeming the code. To avoid this, do not include the hyphen when entering your last name.
Use this code on the platform you're playing to unlock the character associated with it. You can view all your unlocked characters, including those obtained with codes, by checking the gold Funko boxes within the game.
Chef Colonel and Mega Colonel characters are also unlocked through codes, but the process is a bit different as it requires purchasing products from KFC.
