Playing as a Ranger in Enshrouded is a great idea if you're a solo player, and if you want to upgrade your arrows from regular Wooden Arrows to Flint Arrows, you're going to need plenty of Flintstone. Flintstone is a resource you can mine with a Pickaxe, and it can be found in various locations across the map.

Where To Find Flintstone
There are two great spots to get some early Flintstone that are close to the spawn location.
You need a Pickaxe to mine Flintstone, but it can be done with the level one Pickaxe that you get from the start of the game.
Flintstone does respawn after a period time, which means you can keep returning to these spots if you need more Flintstone.
Flintstone Farming Spot #1
This spot is located extremely close to the spawn location. It's only a small pocket of Flintstone, but there should be plenty to provide you with the starting materials to craft a bunch of Flint Arrows
Flintstone Farming Spot #2
This spot provides a much larger stockpile of Flintstone, as it's an open mine shaft absolutely full of the stuff.
How To Get Flint Arrows
Flint Arrows can only be crafted once you've unlocked the Hunter.
You'll need to find the Hunter's vault and then unlock the NPC for your home base.
Once you've got the hunter, Flint Arrows can be crafted with Twigs and Flint.
For each ten Flintstone, you'll get 50 arrows. It's a good idea to stock up with plenty of arrows before heading into the Enshrouded, or to defeat an Elixir Well boss.
They do eight damage compared to the Wooden Arrows which do six damage.
Flint can also be used to craft Rough Flintstone Blocks.
