Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes - How To Increase Inventory Space

When you play a game with a giant open world like Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes for the first time, you might not even think about your inventory since the amount of items you can get isn't that many. However, this quickly becomes a problem as you visit more regions and find more items.

Don't discount the usefulness of extra inventory space in Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising.
PostsEvery new item you find takes at least one slot in your bag, and if you get a certain amount of them, they take another one. This makes it quite important to get more inventory space as fast as you can, and here's exactly what you need to do for that.
How To Recruit Nell
CloseIf you want to even think about having more than 30 slots in your bag, you'll have to recruit a bag called Nell. He can only be found in the capital of Euchrisse, Hishahn, and you can only get here after getting your castle and finishing the Treefolk Village arc. Basically, you'll need quite a few hours in the game.
Once you reach the village, simply head over to the top left exit right beside one of the buildings you can enter. You'll see a giant bag hidden behind a stall, and you can talk to it to recruit Nell. Once that happens, you can get your inventory limit raised quite easily.
How To Increase Inventory Slots
After recruiting Nell, there are two ways to increase your inventory. The first way is temporary, and it's by simply putting Nell in the support slot in your team. Keep in mind that you won't be able to have any other support characters with him, so you'd only want to use this when you're going on a farming run.
The second and permanent way of increasing your bag is by unlocking the Commercial upgrades on the bottom left side of your castle upgrade menu. The first upgrade will have a grayed-out Nell picture on it and will take 40 Pelt along with 800 Headquarters Funds. You'll get further upgrades to your inventory as you upgrade your castle level in this area.
Each time you upgrade your bag, you'll get ten extra inventory slots, which can be quite massive.
There's one little caveat to getting this inventory upgrade. Due to the structure of the upgrade tree, you'll also have to recruit Code L apart from Nell. He can also be found in Euchrisse and will need Rune of Currents to join your party.
