It Looks Like You'll Be Able To Go Super Saiyan On Switch 2 With This Sparking Zero Port

Summary
- Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero has been rated for the Nintendo Switch 2, adding some further credibility to past rumors of a port.
- Previously, the game was rumored to be a launch window title, with an expected release closer to the end of June.
- Currently, it's unclear if the game will arrive as a "Complete" edition with all DLC, or as a standard game.
Well, it looks like the rumors are true. Dragon Ball: Sparking Zero, last year's well-received spiritual successor to the original Budokai Tenkaichi series, is almost assuredly heading to the Nintendo Switch 2.
In a post shared on Twitter by Saudi Arabia’s General Authority for Media Regulation, the game has been rated in the region, signaling an imminent announcement of a release on Nintendo's upcoming console.
At the moment, it's unclear when the game will release. Either way, should the port be real, it adds another feather to the upcoming Switch successor.

PostsThe Game Was Rumored For A June Release
Originally, when it was first rumored that Sparking! Zero would come to the Switch 2, the insider, eXtas1s, shared that the game would "practically" launch during the console's initial release. More specifically, the insider suggested that it would come "during the end of June."
Currently, the Switch 2 is set for a global launch on June 5, giving those earlier rumors a little bit more credence. What is still unclear is whether the game will be released in its base form, i.e. with no DLC, or as a "Complete" package. Just last week, the game's second DLC pack, which is centered on Daima, was shadowdropped. Before that, its first DLC pack, which was based on the Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero movie, launched in late January.
Its final DLC pack, also centered on Daima, should be out around the same time. In other words, a "Complete" edition of the game would probably make the most sense, but ultimately only time will tell. Either way, it's another reason for anime fans to be hyped about the Switch 2.
