That changes in Daima, with the introduction of the Evil Third Eye. Very little is known about this powerful artifact, other than the overwhelming amount of power it gives its user, and the seemingly random nature of its origin and overarching rules.

What Is The Evil Third Eye?

The Evil Third Eye is a large sphere that looks like an eye with a red iris, and when placed on someone’s forehead, it gives the user unimaginable power. Even though it has ‘evil’ in its name, it isn’t known if being evil is a requirement for the Eye to work properly.

In Dragon Ball Daima, the artifact is known to be wielded by the rulers of the Demon Realm, although the Eye itself was lost long ago. It plays a key role in the final fight of the series, with the Demon King Gomah using the eye to overpower the heroes.

Powers And Removal

When the Evil Third Eye is placed, the user becomes gigantic and their strength gets augmented dramatically. The key ability of the Eye, however, is giving the user infinite stamina and immortality, healing any fatal wounds in an instant.

The Eye can also transform the user further if they are fighting an opponent stronger than them, with the limit not being known. As such, the only way to defeat a user of the Evil Third Eye is to hit them three times in the back of the neck, which removes the Eye instantly.

Origin

The Evil Third Eye has a humble origin in a little Third World shop, where many combat-enhancing items are sold. Said shop has two other Evil Third Eyes, but they are thankfully found by the heroes before any other villain.

Considering that the witch Marba created Majin Buu, this isn’t the first time a seemingly harmless character has been the source of a weapon of mass destruction.

Before the events of Daima, the Eye was either purchased directly by a Demon King or it somehow ended up in its possession. This was passed down through the generations until Abura, Dabura’s father, used it to rule with an iron fist.

Dabura sent a minion to steal the Eye, and while the minion was successful, the Eye was lost in the Third World. A denizen of the Third World, Hybis, finds the Eye and uses it as a belt accessory, unknowingly taking it to the First World and delivering it to Gomah for the final battle.
