Knowing how to complete your duties is important, as it helps you build connections to other villagers, customize your valley, and collect Dreamlight you can use to unlock more realms and tokens to unlock new rewards.

How To Make Candy

Candy is a delectable treat you can make in Dreamlight Valley, whether you want to share it with your friends or hoard it for yourself.

To make candy yourself, you'll need one sweet ingredient. It doesn't matter which one, so long as it's the only ingredient.

This candy is different from the types of candy that can be collected around the valley near Halloween.

Sweet ingredients include Vanilla, Sugar Cane, and Cocoa Bean, and most can be foraged around the valley.

Take one of these ingredients to your stove and create a bundle of candy to enjoy.

How To Give Villagers A Sugar Rush

When you notice the duty that asks you to give villagers a sugar rush, it can be confusing to decipher. Thankfully, it's quite simple.

You'll want to give different villagers candy. One piece will do, which will add to your progress tracker.

Giving the same character ten pieces of candy will not count as ten, it will count as one. You'll need to share candy with more villagers to complete the duty.

Create ten pieces of candy and share them with your favorite villagers. Talk to them and tell them you have a gift.

They'll be thankful for the gift, resulting in additional friendship, and you'll reap the rewards of completing your duties.
