Disney Dreamlight Valley has dozens of cuddly critters for you to find, and no Disney adventure is complete without a friendly animal companion. With all the variety, you're sure to find one that you love, but it will take a bit of effort to befriend them. Of course, you can't befriend them unless you find them first.

After you unlock the Wild Tangle, Mirabel wants to write to her cousin Antonio about all the new animals on Eternity Isle. Not only does she want to tell him about them, but she wants to show him. The only way to do that is with your camera!

Where To Find The Capybaras

This quest is a part of the A Rift In Time Expansion.

To unlock this quest, you'll need to unlock all regions in the Wild Tangle. Once you do, the quest will begin and you'll need to speak with Mirabel. She's been spending a lot of time in the new Biome and wants to send a letter to her cousin, Antonio, about the different animals on Eternity Isle.

To do that, you'll need pictures of Mirabel with each of the different Capybaras (so that there's proof she saw them). There are five Capybaras total, and they'll be in different areas of the Wild Tangle. Keep an eye out!

If you've already befriended the Capybaras, you can equip them as companions and take pictures that way!

Be sure to check what days the Capybaras are available so that you don't miss any! Otherwise you may have to wait a while to see one again.

Once you've found all the Capybaras and taken pictures of them, return to Mirabel. She's grateful for the photos, but there's something else on her mind.

What To Feed The Capybaras

Some of the Capybaras look hungry, so Mirabel wants you to feed one of them. The catch is that you can't just feed them anything, you'll need to feed them their favorite food!

You can ask Rapunzel what their favorite food is if you're not sure.

A Capybara's favorite food in Disney Dreamlight Valley is Cabbage, which is a crop you can grow. Grab some seeds from Goofy's stall and plant the cabbage.

When it's read, find the nearest Capybara (or your favorite) and give them the treat. They'll be so excited, and you'll be one step closer to completing the quest. Talk to Mirabel, who rewards you with Coconut Cake after you help her finish writing her letter to Antonio.
