How Seasonal Dreamlight Duties Work

Since Disney Dreamlight Valley runs in real-time, there are events that occur seasonally to bring unique items to the valley. With these events come unique Dreamlight Duties that can only be completed with components from that event.

Seasonal Dreamlight Duties can be completed at any time, so long as you have the necessary materials.

These materials may only be available during a specific time frame, so it's best to stock up when you can.

Gathering candy during the Halloween season will allow you to complete several tasks, but the Villainy Wears Many Masks Dreamlight Duty is different. Here, you'll need to dress up a little to earn your reward.

How To Complete The Villainy Wears Many Masks Dreamlight Duty

To complete the Villainy Wears Many Masks Dreamlight Duty, you'll need to wear a mask. Unlike most clothing categories, the mask section is quite barren. There are only a select few items that count as masks, and they aren't all available.

Donald Duck Mask

This mask can be obtained by completing Olaf's Level Ten Friendship Quest, Olaf Presents... "Disney Dreamlight Valley".

Plague Mask

This mask was purchased using event tokens during the Villain's Star Path event in 2022. No longer available since the event period has passed.

Snorkel Mask

This mask can be purchased in the Premium Item Shop through the Island-Inspired Ensemble bundle. While still available, it's not always present in the store.

Incredibles Super-Mask

This mask was purchased using event tokens during the Villain's Star Path event in 2022. No longer available since the event period has passed.

There is always at least one mask available for you to obtain, though it might take some work. Reaching level ten friendship with Olaf will take gifts, daily discussions, and more, but it's worth it to complete the Dreamlight Duty and earn your reward.

If you've already purchased the other masks through event tokens or Moonstones, they can be equipped at any time to unlock your prize. You'll be able to claim your reward–the Purple Trick of Treater's Bounty–by collecting it in the Dreamlight menu.
