Digimon Personality Overview
A Tanemon on a DigiFarm in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth Hacker's MemoryIn the Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth games, there are eight individual personality types, and every Digimon will have one of them. They are key to the usage of DigiFarms.
These are digital storage facilities that allow you to interact with your Digimon by feeding them, setting them training regimes, or setting them tasks. Each DigiFarm is appointed a leader Digimon. The personality types of both the DigiFarm's leader and each individual Digimon will affect the outcomes of these tasks.
The table below details how personalities affect DigiFarm commands.

Personalities that affect 'Investigate'
Searcher
Reduces the time it takes to complete the current search.
Knowing this, you can plan out the perfect DigiFarm rosters for your goals. For the Develop and Investigate tasks, having full rosters of Builder or Searcher Digimon, respectively, will reduce the tasks' time to 20 minutes each.
Remember, a Digimon can only gain a number of stat points through training equal to half their ABI plus 50. So a Digimon with 16 ABI could theoretically gain 58 stat points through DigiFarm training.
Use this knowledge, plus the existence of Restraint Chips that reduce trained stats, to build your Digimon to your standards.
