Upgrading your potions in Diablo 4 is an important part of progression in the game, and will help you survive higher World Tiers, boss fights, and events. Potions require specific materials and level caps to be upgraded.

How To Upgrade Your Potions In Diablo 4
At level 10 you will unlock the Alchemist. This is where you will upgrade your potions throughout your character's progress towards level 100.

Gallowvine can be found across Sanctuary in every zone - you can pick this up early on in Fractured Peaks as you complete Act 1.

This herb is located in Fractured Peaks and can be crafted at the Alchemist with 5 Gallowvine.

Crushed Beast Bones can be found while defeating Animals & Beasts across Sanctuary.

Howler Moss is a herb found in Scosglen.

You can find this resource while defeating Demons.

This is a resource dropped by Human enemies.
Where To Find Grave Dust
This is a resource dropped by Undead enemies.

Where To Find Angelbreath
Angelbreath is a rare resource that can be found anywhere in Sanctuary. It is a rare drop from collecting herbs.
Where To Find Fiend Rose
Fiend Roses are only unlocked when Helltide is available which is a World Tier 3 post-level 50 world event.
Where To Find Forgotten Souls
Forgotten Souls are rare resource materials dropped when salvaging items and can be used to upgrade your potions as well as improve other items via upgrades.
