Bungie will occasionally update an older raid with a refreshed perk pool and crafting patterns, making the weapons far more desirable. Destiny 2's Revenant episode refreshed the Garden of Salvation loot pool, one of two raids without craftable weapons. While these weapons didn't get a shake up quite like Last Wish did, these weapons are undeniably much stronger now.

Shield Disorient is now their origin trait, and numerous S-tier perk combinations have been added to some of these weapons. Use a Kinetic Tremors Bow, Special weapons with Envious Arsenal, or an Auto Rifle that has some juiced stats after a kill. There are seven weapons to chase, so let's get to covering the best rolls for each.

Accrued Redemption

Accrued Redemption remains a solid Bow in today's sandbox, notably for PvE. The classic combination of Archer's Tempo and Explosive Head is still present if you need an anti-Champion weapon, but that'd be a disservice to this perk refresh to dismiss the weapon's other options.

Successful Warm-Up can roll in the first trait column here, allowing you to pair it with another damage perk like Swashbuckler or Firefly. Interestingly, this is the first Bow to get Kinetic Tremors. We aren't sure how often this triggers, but it should be a strong option on this weapon if it procs every other arrow.

Ancient Gospel

Ancient Gospel has received an identity rework with this weapon reissue. It is now a Void 140 RPM Hand Cannon that can roll with a wide range of damage perks, similar to Kindled Orchid from the Forsaken era.

As of writing, this is the only obtainable Hand Cannon that can get both Kill Clip and Rampagesimultaneously. Both perks can stack together, giving this weapon a 66% damage buff. No other Hand Cannon boasts that level of damage, Kindled Orchid notwithstanding.

Crucible players will likely feel conflicted with this gun. It has some great perks for a Hand Cannon—Air Assault, Rangefinder, Eye of the Storm, and To the Pain, to name a few—yet Ancient Gospel's main weakness is the weapon model itself. The gun's barrel is so wide that peripheral vision suffers while ADS. If you're OK with that, you'll probably enjoy this gun. But compared to the wide swath of powerful 140 HCs we have, Ancient Gospel isn't quite up to the task.

Omniscient Eye

Omniscient Eye has simply been powercrept over the years. It has a beautiful model and truly unique scope, yet the gun has always been held back by its low 40 zoom and subpar PvE options. Bungie has addressed the latter, but the former is still a major barrier to enjoying this gun in PvP.

PvE players will want Envious Arsenal above all else, a new perk that reloads this gun whenever you deal damage with your other two weapons. It fits perfectly into Bait and Switch DPS hotswap loadouts that have slowly crept into the meta over the years. You can pair this perk with Precision Instrument for a solid 30% damage boost when fully charged.

As for PvP, this gun is tough to recommend when we have so many strong Sniper Rifles. Elemental Capacitor (Arc) paired with Opening Shot isn't bad, but it's not a combination that demands your attention. Snipers are highly down to preference, however, so don't be discouraged by our lukewarm impression. If the gun looks cool to you, chances are you'll do well with it. Snipers are more about how you use them than perk min-maxing, at least for PvP.

Prophet Of Doom

If you never managed to get a good Matador 64 roll from Grasp of Avarice, you can finally get a craftable replacement through Prophet of Doom. This gun has the S-tier combination of Threat Detector and Opening Shot for PvP, making it a powerful tool for shutting down Shotgun rushers. Don't sleep on Closing Time either. It has variable stats depending on your magazine, but it gives a major boost to range and handling while your Shotgun is low on ammo.

PvE players generally don't use Shotguns due to their low range, but there is a niche case where Prophet of Doom shines. Envious Arsenal is a fantastic perk that enables Cascade Point to dish out some incredible burst DPS in a boss fight. So long as one of your hotswap weapons can land precision hits, you'll have Cascade Point whenever you swap to Prophet of Doom, nearly doubling its fire rate.

Reckless Oracle

Reckless Oracle has received a major facelift with the Garden of Salvation reissue. This was already a strong 720 RPM Auto Rifle for everyday use, but it's become even easier to use in PvE and arguably too powerful inside the Crucible.

Subsistence paired with Paracasual Affinity is a solid combination for just about every build. Kills will passively refill your magazine, and any Light-ability final blows (including abilities) will buff the gun's damage by 20%. It's not quite as strong as Kill Clip's 25% buff, although you can easily refresh Paracasual Affinity.

Crucible players should keep an eye on this gun. 720s are absurdly powerful if you can shift their TTK and buff their range. Not many Rapid-Fire ARs can adjust either of these stats. Reckless Oracle can do both. Killing Windbuffs the gun's range stat into Hand Cannon territory (33m with a good roll), and Kill Clip drops your TTK to a rapid 0.67s. You'll need to work for that initial kill, but every gunfight afterward will be heavily stacked in your favor.

Sacred Provenance

To address the elephant in the room: no, Sacred Provenance has nothing on Blast Furnace. If you farmed for a perfect Blast Furnace when Into the Light was new, there's nothing for you here. From stats to perks, Sacred Provenance is strictly inferior in every way except aim assist.

If you don't have a Blast Furnace in your vault, Sacred Provenance becomes more appealing. Rapid Hitand Kinetic Tremors is a fantastic combination for general PvE play. Crucible players should drop Kinetic Tremors for Desperado or Headseeker. Sacred Provenance won't shake up the meta, but it's a solid mid-tier Pulse Rifle for players who can't get a good Blast Furnace or Elsie's Rifle to drop from Onslaught.

Zealot's Reward

Fusion Rifles don't see much play in general, and Zealot's Reward is unlikely to change that. Auto-Loading Holster and Controlled Burst is an amazing combination for a PvE roll. You might want this roll handy if Fusion Rifles ever receive a major buff or Artifact perks in a future season.

Crucible players might get some use out of Zealot's Oath for shutting down CQC encounters. Under Pressure and Kickstart are amazing on virtually any Fusion Rifle, especially a fast-firing archetype. Slide into every gunfight and let it rip. If you aren't a fan of sliding, Closing Time is a great alternative.
