It's important not to start cleaning from a random area. Begin from the closest point to your starting location and complete all the tasks in that area or room. Clean up the blood, collect the trash, and move the dead bodies.

If you clean randomly, it will be more complex for you, and your steps will leave blood traces on the ground because you will be walking over bloodstains. Another option is to start from the room closest to the water source and clean your way to other rooms.
