  • Download the zip file and extract the folder into the following directory: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common.
  • Once you and your friends have installed this mod, you can play with up to 128 players.

Thunderstore

If you’re looking for more similar mods and want to simplify the installation process, you can take advantage of Thunderstore and explore a variety of fun and innovative mods for more than four players. Here's how to do it:

  • Visit the Thunderstore website and download the Mod Manager app.
  • Type Content Warning in the search bar.
  • Search for "Virality," download it andwait for the installation process to finish.
  • Launch the modded version of the game from within the Thunderstore app, as this app automatically manages all mods for you.

The multiplayer mod is not directly available on Thunderstone however you can still access it with the above steps. To use this multiplayer mod, you simply need to download the mod and boot up the game. Thunderstone makes the process completely seamless.
