Summary
- The Cyberpunk 2077 and LoFi HipHop subreddits are collaborating on a new album inspired by CD Projekt Red's hit RPG.
- It contains 14 tracks across 40 minutes and even features artwork of V overlooking Night City
- All proceeds will go to the Limbs for Life Foundation, a non-profit organisation that helps those "who cant afford it" with prosthetic care.
Cyberpunk 2077's vibes are immaculate. Yes, there may be the odd murder, a smattering of substance abuse and the occasional piece of gang warfare, but, casting that aside, Night City's neon aesthetic is one for the ages.

It was clear that Cyberpunk 2077 dived into some important issues, but there's more room, according to the devs.
PostsNow, the Cyberpunk 2077 and LoFi HipHop Subreddits have collaborated to immortalize the ambience of the game with a new LoFi album that sees all proceeds going to a very worthy cause.
Night City Chillhop Radio
The album, created by artists from the LoFi HipHop subreddit, contains 14 tracks across a 40-minute runtime and is heavily inspired by CD Projekt Red's latest title. Synthwave sounds, not uncommon in Night City, are accompanied by chilled LoFi beats that create a relaxing soundtrack worthy of the critically acclaimed title.
The album's inspiration spans more than just the sounds, though. Many of the record's track titles are a nod to Cyberpunk 2077, including Johnny's Lament, 2077, and Night City, and these songs also often contain soundbites from the game, with Johnny's Lament featuring voice lines from Keanu Reeve's infamous character.
The art on the album's accompanying YouTube video is likely to be familiar to those who regularly listen to Lofi Hip Hop, albeit with a Cyberpunk 2077 twist. Night City Chillhop Radio features a version of V, sitting in front of a window overlooking Night City, a clear nod to the Lofi Girl character that has become synonymous with the musical genre. The artwork also features other references to Cyberpunk, including a Johnny Silverhands poster, and the wider video game world, like the cat from Stray, a Fall Guys character, a Ciri Funko Pop and what appears to be a Gamescom logo.
A Charitable Cause
While the album on its own is worthy of the spotlight, the creators have pledged that all proceeds from it will be donated to the Limbs for Life Foundation, "a global nonprofit organization dedicated to providing fully-functional prosthetic care" for amputees "who cannot otherwise afford it."
Sadly, the album isn't being sold physically anywhere, however, simply watching and listening to the video will provide ad revenue which will be donated to the charity. And, for those who want to do a little more, a fundraiser has also been set up on Ko-Fi for the cause.
