Season 2 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 launches today, bringing with it new maps, modes, and improvements. The biggest of these is the return of the Gun Game mode, but the improvements to the Ricochet anti-cheat and the Overdrive game mode are also among the highlights. However, it seems there is a new minor feature lost in the crowd that fans will absolutely love.

Grinding for new camos is the top priority for certain players. This is done by grinding out certain camo challenges. While the grind is tough itself, even keeping track of these challenges is a bit confusing. You need to make your way through the game's dense menus to see how much progress you've made in each challenge. This will no longer be the case.

Black Ops 6 Is Giving Easy Access To Camo Challenge Progress

As part of the improvements coming to the game in season 2, players will now be able to track challenges (thanks PCGamesN). "The Challenge Tracker makes it easy for players to manually track up to 10 Camo and 10 Calling Card Challenges they’re actively working toward, but there’s another element of this system that we think players will find useful on the journey to Dark Matter, Nebula, and 100 Percenter: Near Completion," says the Black Ops 6 season 2 patch notes.

That's not all, though. If you don't want to manually select which challenges to track, the feature will automatically populate with the challenges you are closest to finishing. This way, you'll be able to discover new challenges, as well as change up your play-style to complete the challenge and avoid things from becoming monotonous.

"Your top Tracked or Near Complete Camo and Calling Card Challenge can be seen in the Lobby by cycling the Daily Challenge widget (via Right Thumbstick on console, or the “R” key on PC). From this view, players can enter each Challenge type’s Tracked & Near Complete list to see the full list of Tracked & Near Complete Challenges."

This is great news for those of you looking to unlock every camo the game has to offer!
