PostsA total of 14 Formulas tattered pages can be discovered throughout the story and once you acquire the first tattered page — the medicine crafting option unlocks in the Keeper's Shrines. Collecting all the Formulas also rewards you with the 'Page Preserver' achievement/trophy. These medicines can come in handy if you require an instant cooldown for your spells or increase your maximum damage.

The table's order is organized according to Destined One's inventory, which can help you identify the missing Tattered pages. From your inventory, go to the ingredients tab and the first section shows all of your Formulas.

Septenary Heartfire Pill
From Bishui Cave's Purge Pit Keeper's Shrine, make a U-turn and, in midair, make a heavy attack to reach the ledge across.
Ascension Powder
Defeat the required Supreme Inspector boss in Chapter Six.
Loong Aura Amplification Pellets
Available at Xu Dog's Celestial Medicinal shop in Chapter Five's beginning.
Enhanced Ginseng Pellets
From the Verdure Bridge Keeper's Shrine, move across the small bridge and turn left. There, you will trigger a cutscene. Once it ends, turn right to enter a room with numerous chests; one of them contains the Formula.
Enhanced Tiger Subduing Pellets
From the Percept Corridor Keeper's Shrine in The New West, descend the slope to find the Formula.
Mirage Pill
From the Verdure Bridge Keeper's Shrine in The Webbed Hollows, follow the path forward and jump down into the opening. Keep left to ascend a staircase, and after reaching a tree, turn right to ascend another staircase. Once above, turn right to find the Formula inside a small house.
Body-Fleeting Powder
From the Temple Entrance Keeper's Shrine in The New West, cross the small temple to reach two giant staircases. Take the left staircase, and once above, turn left to enter a building. Climb the stairs and exit the temple through the window. Move left to find Horse Guai and the Formula inside a chest.
Life-Saving Pill
From The Webbed Hollows' secret area, Purple Cloud Mountain's Cloudnest Peak Keeper's Shrine, turn right to find the Formula inside a chest at the house just past the Yellow Robe enemies.
Essence Decoction
Available at Xu Dog's Celestial Medicinal Shop at Chapter Four's beginning.
Tonifying Decoction
Available at Xu Dog's Celestial Medicinal Shop at Chapter Three's beginning.
Longevity Decoction
Available for purchase at Xu Dog's Celestial Medicinal Shop at Chapter Two's beginning.
Fortifying Medicament
This Formula is explicitly acquirable after completing Chen Loong's questline and talking to Xu Dog.
Evil Repelling Medicament
This Formula is dropped by Lang-Li-Guhh-Baw boss in Chapter Two.
