To get the Supreme Gourd, you must upgrade the default Gourd to the maximum; it has ten uses.
Xiang River Goddess Gourd
Start from the Verdure Bridge Keeper's Shrine and turn left after crossing the broken bridge to initiate a cutscene.

This Gourd is a pre-order bonus and can be alternatively obtained after completing Horse Guai's quest; it has five uses.
Plaguebane Gourd
To access this Gourd, you must have an Old Rattle Drum and use it at three locations to trigger a fight with the Mad Tiger boss; it has five uses.
Qing-Tian Gourd
Locked behind NG+, this Gourd will be available at Shen Monkey's shop for a minimum price of 66 Will.
