SUBSCRIPTIONVampire Survivors burst onto the indie game scene with a low price, charming nostalgic pixel art, and a style of gameplay that almost anyone in the world can pick up and get a handle on. For the longest time, it was restricted to consoles but has finally crossed over to the mobile platform, much to the gaming community's collective delight.
The premise is quite simple: you play as one of a huge cast of monster-hunting characters against similarly huge waves of colorful and creative monsters. Each character has their own stats and their starting attack that they will use automatically.
It also has bullet-hell and shoot-em-up mechanics, which are revealed by leveling up and opening chests to get new active and passive power-ups to unleash all at once.
