In this game, you are the pilot of the last ZIG spacecraft, and you must use it to stop the evil cyborg commander CATS. It’s a fun adventure that lets you blast your way through creatures and pirates in space to save the galaxy.

The meme actually comes from the opening cutscene of the game, where CATS says the line. The original intent of the script was that he would announce how his goons have captured all the bases, but the released version ended up with the meme we all know and love.
