How To Find Meer Deer

After learning the truth in Into The Fog, speak to Okuk in The Hollows. He tells you that all is ready to go with Anufi, as she will make her way to your camp shortly. He offers you a place within the clan, but that's a matter for later. All you need to do is speak to Anufi before leaving.

You'll find Anufi by the trees in the Circle of Ancestors.

Anufi is ready to heal your friends, but she needs you to hunt meer deer. The fat of the animal can be used for medicine, so you'll need to get some before Anufi can complete her work.

Meer deer are native to the White Moss Forest biome in the Clouded Forest, and they are often found in herds of three. You can head out from the Kame'tire clan's capital and delve into the forest to the north, where you're likely to find a few meer deer roaming.

Search for a scent or track them by pinning them to your map through the Hunter's Guide menu.

When you find the meer deer, act quickly. Get in close and take a clean shot. You'll have to move fast lest the forest shroud your prey and make it inaccessible to collect.

With the meat in hand, meet Anufi in the Medical Bay at the Resistance Hideout.

The Truth About The Sarentu

After an outburst from Alma and Nor, it's a race to learn the truth from Alma's avatar's memory. You'll go with Ri'nela to walk through Alma's memories by connecting to Eywa.

All you need to do is move forward and get close to the fires to light them when prompted. Alma's voice will guide you through the memories as the truth unfolds and you learn what really happened to the Sarentu.

Afterward, Alma's voice comes through the radio, and you're left to deal with the information on your own. The next story quest will begin shortly after Ri'nela leaves with Alma's avatar.
