What Are Toys For?

Toys aren’t merely decorative items for your base — they’re essential for keeping certain Deviants content. Deviants that benefit from toys include the Extradimensional Cat, Chefosaurus Rex, Flame Essence, among others. When your Deviants are happier, they become more efficient and productive, making them important to your base’s success.

To meet this condition, simply place the toys near the Isolated Securement Unit housing the Deviant.

How To Get Toys

While there are a various ways to get toys, including simply buying the Llama in the Seasonal Shop, the easiest and cheapest way to acquire them is by exploring the world.

Below, we’ve highlighted the locations of five different toys that will help boost your Deviants’ happiness. To obtain these toys, you’ll need to keep an eye out for a glowing purple shard that you'll follow to unlock the chest containing each toy.

The below are called models in-game, but they function as toys for the sake of managing Deviants.

Morphic Crate Toy

This toy resembles a spider-like chest Deviant and can be found at coordinates (2469, -64). It’s located just left of Sunshine Farm in the Blackheart Region.

Scorcher Toy

Close

This toy resembles a human Deviant with a scorcher weapon for a head. You’ll find it at coordinates (5153, -1348), in the northwest corner of Blackfell Oil Fields in the Red Sands region.

Satellite Toy

Close

This toy resembles an anthropomorphic satellite Deviant. Head to coordinates (6034, 544), north of the Dry Valley Frontier Prime War, near the teleportation tower, to find it.

Agent Toy

Close

This toy resembles a man in a suit with a briefcase for a head. To find it, head to the cul-de-sac northeast of Evergreen in Red Sands, located at coordinates (4525, -2293).

Watcher Toy

Close

This toy looks like a man with a light for a head. You can find it at the Lea Research Lab, east of Blackfell, just across the river at coordinates (6121, -1074). Youll want to come at this one from above, as the glowing purple shard is on a roof.
