How To Get The Pup Buddy Deviant
The Pup Buddy Deviant can be obtained by shooting down an enemy tied to a floating Pup Buddy. There is a small chance that the Pup Buddy could be looted from the enemy's body.

If you don't see the floating enemy in a certain location, you can change the world you're in using the teleporter. The enemy may be currently spawned in a different world.
How To Use The Pup Buddy Deviant
When placed inside an Isolated Securement Facility, the Pup Buddy will continuously produce Small Balloons as long as it has enough Deviant Power.
Small Balloons can be used to craft Featherweight. This item is a consumable that will increase your max load by 50 when taken. This is crafted on a Supplies Workbench, and the effect lasts for 7200 seconds.
The Pub Buddy's power can be restored most efficiently when you put it near playing music, a toy, and under green light.
