The Mythic Dawn assassins drop potions, gold, and their signature red robes. The fallen Blade Captain Renault drops her Akaviri Katana and a Steel Shortsword. The caverns have various valuable items, like gold, weapons, lockpicks, soul stones, potions, and some ingredients lying around. However, the best item within the cavern may be the Goblin Shaman Staff, which you get by killing its owner.
Captain Renault's Akaviri Katana is only usable within the tutorial and you won't be able to take it with you when you exit the sewers.
