Monopoly Go: Ball Drop Games Rewards Guide (December 30-31)

As all good things must do, Monopoly Go's Carnival Games event is coming to a close. However, as a consolation, we have the new Ball Drop Games leaderboard tournament which will give you one last opportunity to get tokens and reap those rewards. This tournament runs from 2PM EST on December 30 to 2PM EST on December 31.

If you don't want to dish out the big bucks for those Monopoly Go! dice, we've got some you can have for free!

So, with only 24 hours to work, you'll need to get a move on if you want to claim the 160 free Carnival Games tokens available. Additionally, the Ball Drop Games event will also provide you with the opportunity to rake in more than 10,000 free dice rolls, some boosts, and a bunch of sticker packs. So, get rolling, gamer, and make the most of the Carnival Games event before it is too late!

How To Earn Rewards In Ball Drop Games

To earn points in today's Ball Drop Games leaderboard tournament, you'll be targetting those Railroad tiles again. As is typically the case with these leaderboard tournamenrs, the amount of points you'll earn depend on whether you get a Shutdown or a Bank Heist event. Additionally, how successful you are at each will affect your point gain. We have a detailed breakdown below:

As is always the case with these events, your dice roll multiplier will be critical to your success. One thing to keep in mind is that most common rolls of two dice are 6, 7, and 8. So, if you are trying to be extra conservative with your dice rolls, only roll high multipliers, when a railroad tile is 6-8 tiles away.

Naturally, increasing the multiplier will consume more dice, but your point earnings and cash income from the Shutdown or Bank Heist games will be multiplied by the number on your dice roll multiplier, greatly increasing your point gain.

With the Ball Drop Games tournament running alongside the final hours of the Carnival Games event, this will be your last chance to grab tokens. There more than 160 Carnival Games tokens to be had from this leaderboard tournament. Of the 40 milestones in Ball Drop Games today, ten of them offer tokens. So, it is fair to say that giving players one last chance to earn tokens is the primary point of this tournament.

In addition to those tokens, the Ball Drop Games event will give you a chance to activate flash event triggers, get sticker packs, earn a sizable wad of cash, and earn a little more than 10,000 free dice rolls - if you hit the final milestone in the event, that is. Those sticker packs are especially valuable, as you are running out of time to fill Jingle Jam sticker album.

Lastly, remember that this is a tournament, so you are in competition with your fellow Monopoly Go players. You don't need to clear every milestone to earn a massive cache of dice and stickers, you just need to clear more milestones than the other players in your league!

The one variable at play with these milestones are the cash rewards. In Monopoly Go, the amount of money earned from these cash reward milestones is determined by your net worth. Your net worth will grow as you clear boards. So, keep building landmarks, fill up your boards, go onto the next one, then rinse and repeat. Over time, your cash rewards will grow massively as a direct result.
