There are few things more humbling than heading out for a productive day in Moonlight Peaks only to discover your backpack has reached its support limit after picking up five flowers, a handful of rocks, and one mushroom. Inventory management is practically a rite of passage in farming sims, but that doesn't make the constant trips back home any less annoying.
As you explore and juggle crafting materials, that tiny starting inventory quickly becomes your biggest rival. Thankfully, there are ways to give yourself a lot more breathing room. Here's how to get more inventory space in Moonlight Peaks and spend more time adventuring instead of playing backpack Tetris.
How To Upgrade Your Inventory Space
The way to increase your inventory is by visiting Sabrina at the Webb of Wonders, located to the right of the town square. While most stop by for new spells, the third tab in her shop contains permanent upgrades, including Inventory Upgrade and Maximum Mana upgrades.
The first Inventory Upgrade costs 2,000 coins and permanently adds another row to your backpack, increasing your inventory by 10 slots.
After buying the first upgrade, you'll gain access to Inventory Upgrade 2. This upgrade costs 20,000 coins and adds another 10 inventory slots, giving you a total of 40 slots to work with.
How To Upgrade Your Storage
Even with extra backpack space, you'll eventually collect more materials than you can comfortably carry. To keep your inventory under control, craft a Storage Chest as early as possible.
The recipe requires ten Planks, which you can make by chopping down trees for wood. If you haven't unlocked your own crafting station yet, you can use the crafting bench at the Howling Hammer, located in the upper-left area of the town square.
