Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater has a very satisfying mix of trophies/achievements, ranging from plenty that you're going to gain naturally by simply playing through the game, a few that you'll get by surprise by doing something special, and a couple that are going to be exceptionally difficult challenges.

Regardless of the difficulty, you're going to need to get all of them to finish it out on your trophy/achievement checklist. Some of these are going to take an extensive amount of in-game knowledge to pull off, and you'll be dedicating quite a bit of time to the game to get them all.

How To Get Every Trophy/Achievement

Here is every single trophy/achievement in MGS Delta: Snake Eater, and some tips on how to get them:

Trophy/Achievement

Description

How To Get

Endless Battle

Collect all trophies/achievements.

There's not much to say about this one. Do all of the things, and this is your reward. Plus, you know, the satisfaction of a job well done.

Young Gun

Stun Ocelot

The easiest way to do this is to toss a stun grenade at him the moment he gets into cover. This lowers the chances of him moving away from it, even if it ends up blinding you, too.

Pain Relief

Seize victory against The Pain

The Pain is one of the easiest boss fights, and just requires a little bit of patience to get through. Keep yourself healed up and keep slowly whittling down his health.

If It Bleeds, We Can Kill It

Seize victory against The Fear

The Fear can be one of the trickier fights, simply because of all of the traps lying around the area. Keep an eye above for The Fear and below for the traps, and again, and you'll come out mostly unscathed.

The End

Seize victory against The End

The End is one of the longest boss fights, and certainly requires quite a bit of patience. Take your time moving through the area and tracking The End down to get the drop on him; or, simply wait two weeks for him to die.

Houston, We HAD A Problem

Seize victory against The Fury

The Fury can melt you (pun intended) quite quickly if you aren't using cover effectively. Keep out of sight as often as you can, and do your best to get shots on him when you're in a position to immediately get back into cover.

River Of Pain

Seize victory against The Sorrow

For The Sorrow, all you need to do is just walk to the end of the River. The game will claim that Snake Is Dead, but if you take one of your Revival Pills, you'll find that's not the case.

Grounded

Seize victory against The Volgin

Get close to Volgin and CQC him, and then shoot him while he's down. Don't feel bad, because he would do the same to you.

Shagadelic

Seize victory against The Shagohod

Your RPG is going to come in handy here; aim for the weak points, and this isn't going to be too difficult of a fight.

The Patriot

Seize victory against The Boss

The Boss is going to have a couple of different attacks; her melee can be countered by using your CQC at the right time, and you need to take cover when she starts shooting. Apart from that, take opportunities to attack her when she's unaware, and the fight won't be too rough.

Mama Said

CQC Slam a guard and knock him out

Get up behind a guard, grab them, and knock them out. All this requires is a little bit of stealth.

Tell Me Where The Bomb Is

CQC Interrogate an enemy

Instead of knocking them out immediately, interrogate an enemy after grabbing them. This is going to reveal a bit of information about something relevant to the area, and you can still knock them out afterward.

Like He Just Doesn't Care

Hold up an enemy

Sneak up behind an enemy with your gun drawn, slowly. Do it without being seen, and Snake will tell them to freeze, and they'll surrender.

Don't Touch The Sides

Use a knife to remove a bullet

Sometimes, you're going to get shot. And when you do get shot, sometimes that bullet is going to stay stuck in your body. You'll need to go to the Cure section of your menu to remove it with your knife.

Ocelot Always Get His Man

Spot Ocelot in the background when Snake is shaking the President's hand

Ocelot is going to be skulking around in the background during the cutscene with Snake and the president, and you'll need to take a gander at him for this trophy.

Prince Charming

Attack a Kerotan for the first time

There are 64 cartoon frogs hiding around the game. Shoot one for this one.

Ugly Duckling

Attack a GA-KO for the first time

There are also 64 camouflaged ducks hiding around the game. Shoot one for this one.

Ralph Called

Make Snake throw up

Spin Snake around in the Survival Viewer for a couple of minutes. Exit the Survival Viewer, and Snake is going to lose his lunch.

Can I Keep It?

Capture any animal alive

Hit an animal with a non-lethal round and move over them to capture them alive.

Snake Eater

Eat a snake of any type

Eat a tranquilized snake or kill a snake and eat them to grab this one.

Foodie

Record any item into your Food Collection

After eating anything, go to your Food Collection on the main menu.

A Good Man Is Hard To Find

Achieve a Camo Index of 100%

To get this one, you'll need to get The End's Camo by sneaking up behind him and aiming your weapon at him during his boss fight.

I Can Totally See You

Achieve a Camo Index of 90% or higher

This one is a lot easier to get. Just keep collecting camos as you progress through the game, and equip the best ones for each situation. Being prone in the right conditions is going to be a big help in this regard.

Time Paradox

Create the Ocelot Time Paradox

Kill Ocelot while he's unconscious after his first appearance for this. An explosive barrel or your shotgun will do the trick.

Taste The Poison

Throw a poisonous creature at an enemy

Capture a poisonous animal alive (many snakes and a scorpion will do the trick) and equip them in your Weapons section to throw them at an enemy.

Cinephile

Listen to Para-Medic talk about movies after you save.

Para-Medic will often automatically start bantering about movies when you manually save by calling her on the radio.

Friendly Fire

Call in fire support

Interrogating certain soldiers will allow you to call in fire support from their own radios.

Serenity Now

Call one Healing Radio frequency

These secret radio frequencies will restore your stamina once per playthrough, allowing you to heal.

Beekeeper

Use bees to harass an enemy

There are plenty of beehives hanging from trees throughout the game. Fire at one that's above an enemy and the enemy is going to be bombarded by bees.

Just Because

Blow up an armory or provisions storehouse with TNT

This is pretty straightforward. These storehouses are scattered throughout different areas, and are full of useful things. You should probably loot them before destroying them.

Mostly Dead

Use The Fake Death Pill

Take the Fake Death Pill. You'll probably want to wake yourself up with the other pill, afterward.

You Snooze, You Lose

Sneak up on The End and hold him up to make him drop an item

This is what you're going to need to do in order to get the 100% Camo Index. Use one of the many trails that flank The End, and sneak up on him with your weapon out.

The Early End

Kill The End before the boss battle

Immediately after you're introduced to The End at that concrete dock, you'll see him wheeling away in his wheelchair. You can kill him here before he escapes; just keep in mind doing that means you won't be able to get his camo on that run.

Mud Scientist

Get dirty while wearing the Scientist uniform

Put the Scientist uniform on and crawl through some mud.

War Has Changed

Start a game in New Style

New Style is a more modern third-person action camera. Start a game with that camera for this one.

Old Snake, New Tricks

Star a game in Legacy Style

Start a game with the other camera style for this one.

Paparazzo Snake

Use Photo Mode for the first time

Access the pause menu and use Photo Mode to grab this.

Wax On, Wax Off

Parry all of the Boss's CQC attacks

Right before The Boss attacks, hit the CQC button to parry her. Do this every time she attacks, and this is yours.

Believe It Or Not

Catch a tsuchinoko

Tsuchinoko's need to be caught with a mouse trap. There are multiple locations they can be caught, including Graniny Gorki South. This can take a while, and you can only capture one each playthrough.

It Ain't Easy Being Green

Attack all 64 Kerotans

These are scattered throughout the game; take some time in every level to make sure you've got them all.

It's Duck Season

Attack all 64 GA-KOs

These are very similar to the Kerotans; take your time in each level to make sure you don't miss any. It's often easier to take care of this on a second playthrough, as progress in this regard carries over.

Like A Boss

Clear the game on any difficulty

All this requires is getting through the entire game.

Peace Walker

Clear the game without killing anyone

This is not nearly as hard as you'd expect, and is an easy grab on the Very Easy difficulty.

Gastronome

Achieve 100% on your Food Collection

This is going to take some time to get, but if you keep your eyes open in some very specific areas, you'll be able to get this on your first playthrough.

A Snake Has Many Skins

Obtain every camo and face paint

This is going to require exploring every nook and cranny in the game, as well as completing multiple different modes and challenges.

FOXHOUND

Acquire the FOXHOUND title

This is, by far, the most difficult one to get aside from the trophy/achievement that requires all of the others. To get this, you'll need to:

  • Play on Extreme Difficulty
  • Reload exactly zero times
  • Never alert enemies to your presence
  • Kill no one
  • Take no more than five LIFE bars of damage
  • Take 20 or less serious injuries
  • Don't use EZ Gun, Stealth Camo, Infinity Face Paint
  • Complete the game in less than five hours

This one is almost certainly going to take multiple attempts to clear, and you're going to need to plan your routes through levels so that you aren't taking too much time on any of them.
