The final hero team in Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls has finally been revealed, and it includes Loki, Blade, and the "FGC's favourite", Deadpool.

Outside of being a new Marvel fighter from one of the best developers to ever do it, one of the best things about Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls is its surprising roster of characters. Sure, we have mainstays like Iron Man, Captain America, and Spider-Man, but we've also seen rogue picks like Carnage, Green Goblin, and Danger to keep things fresh.

Over the past few months, we've been finding out which heroes are going to be making up Marvel Tokon's teams, from Doom's band of villains to Spider-Man's friendly neighbourhood heroes. The final team, led by Ghost Rider, had the potential to be the most surprising, and that's certainly ended up being the case.

Ghost Rider's Marvel Tokon Team Includes Deadpool, Blade, And Loki

Deadpool's Moveset References Everything From Marvel Vs Capcom To Mortal Kombat

EVO 2026 ended yesterday, and Arc System Works celebrated the occasion by revealing the game's final team, the Ghost Rider-led Samurai Outriders. First up on the team is Blade, who looks to be a very fast-paced and sword-centric fighter who can mix things up with some firearms.

Then there's Loki (who also brings with him a new Asgard stage), who seems to be just as tricky as you'd expect from the God of Mischief, with a range of magical attacks that make him perfect for mixups. His staff and teleportation also give him a nice amount of range, so he's sure to be a massive pain to fight against.

Speaking of pains to fight against, the final Marvel Tokon launch character is none other than Deadpool, who calls himself the "FGC's favourite". Deadpool is just as referential as ever, with moves that are just blatant nods to Mortal Kombat, Marvel vs. Capcom, Dragon Ball FIghterZ, and even his past appearances in other fighting games.

Some have even suggested that one of Deadpool's moves sees him using PlayStation's failed mascot, Polygon Man. I can't quite tell if it's him, but people seem to think so.

I'm a bit biased since Deadpool is one of my favourites, but I'd say that the Samurai Outriders are easily Marvel Tokon's most surprising and exciting team. I'm definitely going to be maining a few of its fighters when the full game launches in less than a few months on August 6, with an open beta coming next month.
