Managing your stamina is one of the hardest things to do in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar. Even if you replenish it by eating food, it isn’t always enough.

However, there’s a way to increase your maximum stamina multiple times, and here’s how to do it in SoS Grand Bazaar.

How to Increase Your Maximum Stamina in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar

In Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, the only way to increase your maximum stamina is through eating a Power Berry. There are multiple Power Berries available throughout the game, but most of them unlock after 20-30+ hours of playing.

Here are all the ways you can acquire Power Berries:

  • A Power Berry from farming (using a hoe to dig).
  • Buying a Power Berry from the Happy Sprites Store with Happy Energy.
  • Another Power Berry from farming after reaching the last bazaar rank (unlimited).
  • Finishing the Specialist Farmer achievement to get a Power Berry from the mail.
  • Finishing the Prospective Farmer achievement to get a Power Berry from the mail.
  • Exchanging 30 recyclables for one Power Berry from Charles’ store.
  • The Zephyr Town Bazaar mail from Felix gives you a Power Berry (post-credits).
  • A 2nd Power Berry from the Happy Sprites Store for 300,000 Happy Energy after reaching the last bazaar rank (unlimited).
  • A Power Berry from the 240-storage space expansion from Wilbur.

The earliest ones to get are the Power Berry from the Happy Sprites Store and the random Power Berry from digging plots on your farm. Apart from those, everything else will take you 20+ hours to get, with the closest one being the Specialist Farmer.

When you finish the achievement, you’ll receive mail with the reward on the next day.

The 30 recyclables from Charles are attainable earlier, but require a lot of grinding and sacrificing storage space. You get recyclables like empty cans by digging and fishing (a chance without using bait). Fishing is the only reliable way of getting recyclables, so that’ll take a lot of time and stamina.

The 2nd Power Berry after the post-credits costs a whopping 300,000 Happy Energy, but it is easier to get at this point in the game, especially if you are efficient with your farm. Even just earning as much gold as possible is a decent way to get a lot of Happy Energy already.

While there are some ways that can give you an unlimited amount of Power Berries, the maximum increase to your stamina only goes up to 10 Power Berries. You’ll know when you have eaten 10 Power Berries since you’ll get the achievement “Full Power.”

Best Food to Eat for Stamina in Story of Seasons Grand Bazaar

The best food to eat for stamina early is Onigiris. It just requires Cooked Rice and Seaweed, and it recovers a decent amount of stamina without giving you any bonuses. Any food that doesn’t give a bonus buff specializes in recovering stamina.

You can easily buy Seaweed from Felix’s Fixings during bazaar day. For Cooked Rice, you can either plant and harvest Rice or buy Cooked Rice from Cafe Madeleine. For much later in the game, there are better food choices like Hotpot or any type of Fondue for recovering stamina. There are even foods that give Stamina buffs.

You can check out our complete list of all the food recipes to check which ones have the biggest buffs, because some of them give Max Stamina and Stamina Saver buffs, which are amazing for a heavy workday. Food that doesn’t give buffs typically sell for higher values as well, so cooking these foods is also a great way to earn money.
