Everything You Need to Know About The Duskbloods

The Duskbloods is going to be a PvPvE game, where 8 players will be facing each other to fight for the ‘First Blood.’ Players will take the role of Bloodsworn, a faction of warriors who have transcended human limitations and have bound themselves to the supernatural bloodline. The exact gameplay loop is still unrevealed, but it sounds as if a battle royale with NPCs thrown in the mix. With Elden Ring Nightreign also having a battle royale format, but in a PVE setting, we may see something similar, but PvP instead.

The trailers have revealed the overall tone of the game, and it looks very dark and is reminiscent of Bloodborne. We also see multiple characters, many of whom do appear as playable and may be tied to the class system introduced in Nightreign. The gameplay trailer does show players wielding multiple weapon types, including guns, which haven’t made an appearance since Bloodborne’s release for FromSoftware games, not counting Armored Core VI.

And as always, it won’t be a FromSoftware game without amazing bosses. Many have already made an appearance, and they look absolutely amazing already.
