Xbox One: VR is not a fad, steady stream of ID@Xbox titles inbound, promises Spencer

Microsoft's newly-appointed Xbox boss Phil Spencer has been talking with fans on Twitter about how he feels VR is not a fad, contrary to comments made by Xbox co-founder Ed Fries, who recently stated that the concept doesn't have mass appeal.
We reported on Spencer's promotion this week, along with statements from Microsoft's Satya Nadella and the man himself.
Now, Spencer has taken to Twitter to discuss VR, among other things. He started by saying:
@GeekAesthetics I don't believe VR is a fad. More exclusives makes sense. F2P will be on XBOX One, works better as IB grows. Ed's smart.

On Microsoft's ID@Xbox programme, Spencer added:
@Curse7781 @Xbox @majornelson We showed and announced a bunch at GDC. As the program gets going you'll see a steady flow of ID games.

This comment follows this ID@Xbox trailer, which sees developers discussing the initiative and their games.
Spencer also answered a few Shenmue 3 questions, and admitted that it was probably a bad idea to do so:
@Shenmue___ There is just no winning in answering Shenmue questions. I'm not likely to have one of our first party studios build Shenmue.

@Hail2acmilan @TX4Life2383 I'd welcome Shenmue on XBOX, just not something our first party is going to build.

@shikamaru317 @Shenmue___ I knew it was trouble to start answer Shenmue questions. I'd rather have us focusing on our own franchises.

There you have it folks, more nuggets from Mr. Spencer. We'll likely have more soon.
