Brutalities will be making a return in Mortal Kombat X and we're getting a look at them very soon.

The next Mortal Kombat X live-stream has been dated and we know it will show Brutalities for the first time.

Developer NetherRealm Studios posted this on Twitter.

Notice how it says "about to get brutal." Now put the recent tweet from Ed Boon into perspective and it all comes together.

“@terroishmitche1: @noobde when R we going to see a gameplay with someone doing a brutality in it EB: You don't wanna miss the next stream!

The stream will start at 4pm Eastern/1pm Pacific on Thursday, February 26. You can watch it on the official Twitch channel. This will likely be the last stream of February, which means a new character will be revealed during it.

Brutalities are - as the name suggests - the most brutal of all Fatalities. The feature was missing from the previous Mortal Kombat game, Mortal Kombat 9.

Thanks, Gamespot.
