Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain may not release until financial year 2015/2016, according to information coming out of Konami's post-financials investor call.

We reported on Konami's financials this morning, revealing that PS3 remains the company's biggest money-spinner.

Tweeting extracts from the investor call live as it happened, market analyst David Gibson revealed that MGS 5: The Phantom Pain may be some way off:

Konami admitting Ground Zeroes is a bit short, MGS5 could be released in FY3/2015 or FY3/2016 depending on the development stage
