According to Kotaku, Nathan Drake’s next adventure make take him to a desert setting.

The site is stating that an “informed source” has Uncharted 3 having dry, sunny, and sandy environments, adding that the game will certainly be revealed at the Spike Video Game Awards in a few weeks. Sony has invited media, including Destructoid, to an event following the evening of the VGAs. The game for which the event will honor hasn’t been revealed by, but is set to take place in Hollywood.

The Spike VGAs are set to air live on December 11, so we should know whether these rumors pan out soon enough.
