To think, I nearly missed hearing about Europa. The self-described exploration adventure game just bubbled up from the depths of Twitter for me, and I feel obligated to pay it forward: you ought to set aside two and a half minutes to let it sell itself with a lush, serene, mood-lifting trailer.

Aside from stellar art direction, Europa is about “a single conscious life form born in the unlikeliest of places, a tale told through the last sentient droid, a millennia after singularity ran amok.”

It’s a side project for Hélder Pinto, a senior environmental artist currently working at Blizzard.
